Check-in was TOO LATE!!!

It was clean and neat. Located in beautiful part on Zakopane. It’s close to the small/children/beginner ski school.

The internet connection was too weak. If you plan to work and ski it’s almost impossible to do that. Maybe there were issues this time but still.

Facilities and the area are lovely. Our apartment was spacious and very clean. The underground garage option is definitely a big bonus.

We’ve been woken up at 8.30am by the lady from reception asking for money which we have already paid upfront. It was rather unpleasant experience as it was very early in the morning. She also came to us twice. When she came back the second time, she had her phone in hand and asked me to speak to her colleague (who seemed to be surprised by the fact that we were in that particular apartment). That was a bit disappointing start of the day as we had a clear instructions and the keys left in the secure box the night before. I had to show the lady my payment proof and she just walked away.

The apartment was very clean with all applications. I spent there time like at home. The location is very good. I recommend Bory6a to everyone and we will stop there agin.

Very nice and big apartments, very well equipped. Warm floor in the bathroom. Order for 1 day, but continued for another one.

An employee started to clean and do something very loud in the corridor between 9AM-10AM. Mainly guests in such a hotel not because of business purposes and sometimes people want to have a good rest. I opened the door and asked if it possible to do it later, because I was woken up by the noise. But she answered very angry, that has to work and continued. A rug in the room was very dirty.

The first night the neighbours talked on the balcony, it was impossible to fall asleep. Far from the city center.

Spacious, fresh, modern, clean, quiet location. Easy (remote) check-in. Good bed and all amnities in the apartment, well equipped kitchen. Good value for money.

Tiny parking lot, if your car is big and you are not experienced - it can be an issue to get it right. Remote check in is Ok ( we got keys and code by just one phone call), but when some issues arise and my questions (sent by message) left unanswered and receptionist promises left undelivered - than I'm not sure if this is an advantage. In spite it is quite new building and apartment it needs some reparation already. More information about Zakopane and "what to do" there would be appreciated as just few places to eat to be mentioned is not enough.
