great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable and big apartment

The hotel was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location was good, rooms nice and spacious, and the breakfast was super. Also the hotel staff was really kind and always willing to help us with various requests, whether it was ordering a taxi or dinner.

property is excellent and a good location. very near to places like snowlandia and Morskie Oko. but map took us the other way. staff is very friendly. Also, enough of parking spaces.

Lovely clean room. Hotel is in a fabulous location close to everything and the staff were so friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was varied and lots of it. Something for everyone.

Nothing I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is very close to the main tourist street, the apartment was spacious, clean, warm and the breakfasts were delicious. The spa was an extra delight. The view from the window was very picturesque. The TV even has YouTube so you don't have to watch Polish TV.

stunning location within 10 minutes walk of the town and 20 minutes walk of many attractions the hotel rooms and communal areas were spotless

very dated furniture, sunken, noisy beds with single duvets on double beds - very odd very crowded breakfast area with everyone climbing over the food , children’s fingers in the food, ppl leaning over the food you had to ask for a room clean. we ran out of toilet rolls and had to ask. also had to ask for clean towels

The place is just about 7-10 min from the Main Street, very nice and cozy territory around the buildings. Cleaning in rooms, good breakfast, very polite stuff - I appreciate, it was a pleasure!

Good location 10mins walk to city centre. It is also close to the Gubalowka station. No problem with the parking. You can park the car directly outside the apartment. The staff is helpful and friendly. We did not use the spa as it was closed due to renovation. The kitchen is very basic but it will do the job. The breakfast was also good with a lot of different options. It is good value for the money.

Near to the center, but still with a feeling of beeing in forest. Super friendly staff. Easy parking. Good set of extra services (children room, spa).

Breakfast is very basic, with very few options.

Eva at the front desk was incredibly helpful. From a warm welcome to suggesting uncrowded hiking trails and providing lots of info, she deserves a gold star. The other staff were ok but Eva is outstanding. Also loved the space and the calm after the hectic town area.

You should be aware that you may need to go up 2 or 3 floors with luggage. Our room didnt get the usual internet (it went through the tv) but it would have been nice to know before we had to go back to reception to ask about it (No phone in room).
