This property had everything you required for a great stay it had good size bedrooms fully equipped kitchen, great views very peaceful. Good pontoon for your boat plenty of good fishing grounds for the keen fishermen. The kayaks and bicycles were great for the family to have some fun to explore and have a paddle . Plenty of seating for a large group great location all in all definitely we will be back. Had a great time thank you . The host Sally made you feel welcomed in her home . See you next time

Fantastic four day stay. Perfect for our fishing mad family. Great for older kids who can ride bikes/walk to resort pool and cafe and spectacular surf beach or Kayak around the canals. House had everything we needed to cook up our catch of the day. Plenty of room. Comfy beds. Bikes & kyacks enjoyed by all.

If you want to relax - this place is a must. The house is very spacious and clean. Everything you need has been provided - sharp knives, toaster, dishwasher, large washing machine, enough towels for everybody as well as plates, cutlery and working bikes for everybody. We all loved our stay. Great if you have a boat or jet ski. We will be back next year.

This property had everything we needed. From coffee pods to prams for little ones. The locations is superb, the host was extrememly responsive to all requests. The property was packed full of kitchen utensils, cooking pots and pans galore, toasty warm fire place, canoes, and really comfy beds. Thanks for a great weekend, next time we will stay a week!

An amazing place, so much room for a big family, was very comfortable and tidy and clean, beds are great, couches are cosy. lots to do for the kids, and great fishing!

Fabulous comfortable house, own beach, bikes, canoes and an excellent location.
We all really loved this house, location and thoughtful amenities and extras! Perfect for our extended family of 6 adults and 3 children. Clean, tidy, beautifully furnished and lots of extra to make us all comfortable. Great fire too for Saturday night, and a perfect spot to all watch the sun rise on Sunday morning!

Awesome stay
Great amenities with lots of room for our family of 10 aging from 3+. Kayaks, life jackets & bikes supplied which we had great fun using & gave us access to the gorgeous beach. We were able to fish off the landing which again made it very easy for the children. Children also so excited to see the wallabies & other wildlife. Easy access to Couran Cove Resort & their ammenities added to the fun as well. It was everything we hoped it would be

A few days away
Plenty of room for two families to enjoy a relaxing holiday, the house was nicely decorated & clean, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the kayaks and biking over to the resort and beach. Thank you, we would love to stay again.

Peaceful haven
We had a wonderful stay, kayaking, biking and fishing. The home was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Wallabies and galahs. They even had coffee pods! The kids had a blast. I’d recommend self catering or bbqs on the verandas though as the resort was overpriced, runs out early and a bit of a hike at night via the pathways if you don’t have a boat. Lovely accommodation though.

Family weekend away
The property was exactly what we needed for a group of 9 "would-be" fishermen who like the comforts of home. The house is spacious and the view and access superb, everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.

Great relaxation with beautiful views
We had two families with teenage kids holidaying together and has a great time. The house has a gorgeous aspect in winter and the view was just lovely. The kitchen had everything we could ask for and the owner was really helpful. Log fires at night and star gazing were other highlights. Highly recommend this top spot. We will be back.

Lovely house, clean and well appointed. Needs a bit of work to improve lighting. Quite a long walk to the resort to access restaurants and cafes.

Boaties not Beached at Straddie
Our group of enjoyed our return visit. Great location and facilities for boaties. We particularly enjoyed the wood fire.
