La.habitacion y la picina
Necesitan mas variedad en el desayuno, torino, quesos, embutidos, ,muffins ect....fue repetitive los 5 dias , information de los servicios que ofrecen .... me entere del spa el ultimo dia ...

Todooooo , me dejaron usar la piscina hasta las 2 am 😅 , pero es hasta las 10 pm ,la comida , el restaurant a comodos precios no pasa de los 40 mil, el lugar muyyy seguro . Me encantó muy atenta el personal .
# En ciertos cuartos parte posterior existe , calaminas, y cuando llueve fuertisimo se escucha .
Me cambié hasta 3 veces de cuarto , pero accedieron en ayudarme .
#Deberian tener paquetes módicos por dias largos de estancia . Si fuera asi seria genial .
# restaurant ,deberian preguntar en las propinas ellos ya ponen incluido la propina 😅😅, pedi boleta no me dieron . Por que.........porque figura las propinas incluido . Por eso no dan las boletas ojito con ello . .

Staff was nice and friendly- Henry in charge for Taxi pic up from airport and tour in this hotel. Henry is amazing men.

WELL I DIDNT HAD AIR CONDICIONER AND ALSO I WAS SUPOUSE TO HAVE A MINI REFRIGERATOR AND WE DIDNT HAD THAT BRINGING FOOD WAS USELESS CUZ WE COUN'T HAVE IT OR EVEN A MICROWAVE THAT COULD BE AWESOME NEXT TIME PLEASE

El personal muy amable, la habitación grande y muy bonita
La piscina siempre fría, mucho ruido por los eventos que maneja el hotel, y mucha gente en las instalaciones no es tranquilo.
Pero lo peor fue pagar el parqueadero al final no tienen convenio, y la tarifa es súper cara muy costoso. El desayuno poco variado y parecía más para almuerzo. Lastima porque va mucho extranjero deberían tener mas frutas del país y comida representativa más variada

The beds were very comfortable. The kids liked the swimming pool. The sauna and steam room were great.
That you have to wear a swimming cap to use the pool and you have to buy it at the hotel. It would have been nicer if you were informed in advance or that you get these as complimentary products like the mini shampoos.
But all in all it was the best accommodation we have stayed during this trip.

Staff were friendly and always willing to go the extra mile! Well located in relation to visiting spots and transportation always available 27/7.
Unfortunately there were several elevator issues causing inconvenience to many travelers. We were stuck; to later have to come out throw the kitchen and put to the lobby…

The chef Eduardo was excellent and cooked great steaks plus the pool was nice...
The glass sliding door to the balcony would not close all the way left open 1 inch and on the other side against the wall the glass was open a half inch all the way up the wall so you could hear all the noise from the street plus let in flies, mosquitoes and spiders. I requested it to be fixed several times but never fixed it. The mini fridge was broken and several other things in the room.

The hotel is very well located if you are a tourist in bogota, the lady at the front desk was very nice and the guy that wears a suit and a radio was pretty cool also. the pool and the bar really nice too

Great hotel. The best thing was the friendly staff and the great room service. The bed was amazing and the rooms were relatively sound proof. The staff were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was great and we walked around the city. Big and tasty breakfast.
Can't complain about anything.

Great to go visit Bogotá by foot. easy to go from the airport. clean with great facilities (sauna, hamam, swimming pool).

We warn to book this hotel, money rip off. the service is not good.
We received smaller rooms than booked. Quiet room was requested and we were given a room next to a noisy construction site. unfriendly staff, new room was much smaller. Credit card will be blocked with the amount of the booking 3 weeks after the stay, although it has already been paid directly at the hotel. hotel does not respond to emails and booking.com refers to the hotel but no response. we advise not to be fooled by the fotis. The pool was also dirty...

The staff was incredibly helpful, warm, and accommodating. The room was huge! The pool area is very beautiful.
We didn't have wifi in our room for most of our stay. The wifi seemed to be out for our whole floor. We asked them to fix it, but it was never fixed. If internet access in the hotel is important to you, I'd pick another hotel. The tv in the room was small and not a smart tv.
