This is our second time here, and it was as good as the first time we went. The hosts are just lovely people, very friendly and very welcoming. Our room was overlooking the sea ,it was gorgeous. The room was plenty bigger enough for the two of us. Cannot fault this little gem of a find. It's close to all Weymouths attractions. If you have never been, then do so, you won't be disappointed. Thanks, Alex and Sue, for a great weekend 👍. I will miss the great breakfast you serve

Amazing place for a couple nights away. At a reasonable price.
Clean comfortable rooms with everything you could needed. The inclusive breakfast is a good start to the day to go and see the amazing sights very near by. Like the ocean is around 40 steps from the front door. And you will probably meet some lovely people..

The breakfast room was a little small however catered well for breakfast. Food was presented well with a good and varied selection. To choose what you wanted for breakfast the day before was a bonus as you didn't have to wait for my party to make the choice on the morning.
I have no comment on this as there was nothing to dislike.

The hosts Alec and Sue made this the best holiday myself personally have experienced to date. Cannot fault anything they did for us, it was like being with friends we have known for many years..
Leaving so soon as we did not want to leave new found friends behind.

Alec & Sue are lovely, great hosts and the breakfast is great, they are so helpful. It was our second time staying here and we will be back again! We has the top floor bedroom with an amazing view :)

Well located house, within easy reach of town, but in a quiet setting.

Our room was absolutely fine, but a wee bit limited in space perhaps.

Superb location with lovely, sandy, Weymouth beach across road. 15 minute stroll to Weymouth harbour with quayside pubs and restaurants. Sue and Alec were excellent hosts and helped us plan day trips armed with local knowledge. We booked a small double room at back which was as described, clean and comfortable, but bit noisy because main road runs to rear.
Could not fault the B&B, it was excellent. The only problem we encountered was parking. It is free from 6pm to 10am, with extra hour each way if you get spot on one side of road. During day, it is necessary to drive into back streets to get free parking, else drive 10 minutes to expensive town car park.

The breakfast is very traditional old English. I missed more healthy choices like berries, seeds, plant based milk.

Room and breakfast were great. Stupendous view. Great local restaurants and cafes.
We cannot think of much, to be honest.
