Lovely clean spacious room...hosts very nice..Great location and excellent breakfast

Very nice place to stay lovely staff and great food.

Breakfast was ample, tasty and well cooked and presented. Bedroom was comfy. Room was quiet as at the back so no special view.

The hosts were fantastic, very knowledgable about the surrounding area and happy to give tips on where to go. Great ocean views from the family room and situated on a very quiet street.

Bed could have been slightly bigger.

Fantastic b&b right on the sea front just steps away from the sea and shingle beach. The cleanliness of this b&b was exceptional, it was absolutely spotless throughout. Lots of attention to detail including wet wipes in the bathroom and water bottles and milk in the bedroom fridge. Lovely mattress and great nights sleep. Breakfast was beautiful. You choose from the options on the menu the night before. We were lucky enough to have a sea view eating breakfast each day. Best of all is the customer service. Tim communicated very well with us ensuring we had what we needed right from confirmation of booking. Nothing was too much trouble. Tim remembered our names, took time to chat with us and was available to answer any questions before leaving us to enjoy our break. I highly, highly recommend this b&b for your place to stay in Weymouth 10/10.

Very clean, comfortable and well run guest house, Tim and Susan couldn't do enough for us. The cooked breakfast was delicious, not something we normally eat but really couldn't resist it. The guest house is situated toward the north side of the main promenade but is only a 10/15 min stroll along the promenade from the centre of town. And it is situated literally across the road from the beach. The sea views are outstanding. Weymouth itself is a lovely beach resort and although a long way from our native Scotland we would definitely consider returning. And it is only a half hour drive to Monkey World, which was our main objective in travelling to Weymouth. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Tim and Sue were very pleasant and helpful. The guesthouse was very clean . The breakfast was amazing.

The hosts Tim and Susan were very friendly and could not do enough.

Only the room we had was noisy if you left the windows open.

Seaspray is right in front of the beach, 5 minutes away from train station. The area is very quiet and relaxing but also moments away from restaurants and shops. We received a very warm welcome, Tim made us feel home! The room was good size:bed was very comfortable, the secondary glazed window made our sleep quiet, the ‘hot drink station’ with fresh milk in the small fridge was super nice, the shower was new and spotless. The most special thing about Seaspray was the homemade breakfast: superlative! Definitely recommended to make your stay unforgettable!
