Nous avons apprécié l atmosphere très chaleureuse du personnel.Notament Gift,Preciouis Muskoka,Faith , Clement,Lucky et les autres qui nous ont fait sentir chez nous.Le petit déjeuner assez varié et très bon

Chaotic breakfast, good luck getting your egg before the rest of your meal has suffered rigor mortis. Took 30 minutes to get an ice cream which, even for zambia, must be a record. Completely unprepared for load shedding in a region where this is the norm.

I loved the breakfast! Good variety, great coffee, pretty breakfast area. Very comfortable bed, clean and cosy rooms.

The cleanliness and breakfast
Most TV channels were not available, eg, Supersport 3 for english Premier League and Uefa Champions League. I had to leave the hotel and go to a nearby pub to watch the matches. So disappointing

a gap between the price and the standard, no phones in rooms, instead they gave the WhatsApp line but no one is online to reply, no shower cap, no tiles neither carpet in the room, etc.

I liked that the hotel is situated a walking distance to the mall. Staff were great and quite helpful. The pool bar was also a viby place. It's worth a visit!
