Very pleasant receptionist and reception area. Was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and coffee available 24/7. Room was great size. Good stay

Our rooms air conditioning sounded so awful and very loud, couldn’t hear ourselves over it. We could have gone downstairs and told them but just turned it off as was late (when we put it on), and didn’t want to disturb any other guests. Mentioned it on checking out instead.

Booking.com stated how big the room eas and that it had a coffee pot. The room was really small and there was no coffee pot. Only appliance was a small fridge that froze our food. The wall furnace kept making a whining sound. The toilet kept coming on. The bathroom sink handle kept falling off. Coffee is offered 24 hours and it would be cold. The breakfast offerings really were not that good and I had a hair in my oatmeal. Without knocking staff would walk right into my room.

Breakfast was simple and good, staff was friendly, coffee was good and available.

Bed bugs, hallways were filthy & it took 45 minutes to get our room changed from the bed bug room. On top of that, I wasn’t offered any discounts for our troubles & the whole purpose of the trip was to have a comfortable & clean place to sleep before getting up early for a long day at Cleveland Clinic.

Free and spacious parking was a major plus, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious with a nice walk in shower, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

There was only one trash can in the room and it was in the bathroom and it was small, the breakfast was less than desirable I know what you get for free but this was one of the worst I’ve had, our room was missing towels and wash clothes requiring myself to go to the front desk for what we needed

They have me single bed when I had reserved twin. They did not fix shower even after complaining.

The breakfast was nice. Meat, eggs, coffee, selection of cold cereals, warm oatmeal, juices, pancakes, fresh fruit, very close to Cleveland Clinic , free parking. Room was clean. We will use it again.

Our room was very cold, staff came quickly and resolved. They did not have evening meal which would have been fantastic. Even sandwich or salad selection , as many people were at the clinic and way to tired to go out to find a bite to eat. They just wanted a quick bite and bed.Pleasant

I've booked hotels with Booking since 2013 and this was the first time there was a problem. I booked the room through Booking and the hotel couldn't find my reservation. Not even after contacting Booking at the property fixed it. Front desk was very unhelpful. There was no manager at the property to talk to. There wasn't any willingness from them to help me solve the problem. Ended up having to pay with my own card and request a refund from Booking.

My car was broken into on hotel property during my stay. The incident occured in plain view of the building. The General manager of the hotel, mentioned that the hotel employs security for the hotel parking between 7pm-7am daily, however this was not the case as it did not prevent the very obvious break in on may car during these hours. I have hotel security footage and a police report to support. The hotel itself was nice but is clearly in a not safe location. Unhappy with the level of support from the Hilton Hotel Group! So choose wisely.

we did not take advantage of the breakfast, however, my daughters and I all said that the beds were the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in, and the shower was AMAZING. The room was very clean. The check in staff was extremely friendly, as was the night staff who helped my ditzy teen operate a microwave (I swear she isn't normally helpless...). We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We only stayed one night and wished we could have stayed a second . . . oh, and winter reared its ugly head, but that's Cleveland for you ...

Breakfast was pretty good. My son liked the omlets, pancakes and free hot chocolate 24/7. Good location for us, we have to visit Cleveland Clinic a lot. The hotel is clean, quiet and the beds are comfy. I love the pillows.

The WiFi service was not working well. The wafflemaker was broken.

Breakfast good. Location for where we were going was perfect. Did a queen room this time and it was a bit bigger which was nice. Overall pretty clean.

Bottom shelf under bench was pretty dusty, not cleaned off in while for sure. Some built up dust in corner of room by windows. We had been outside in the cold for a while before coming back to room, we turned up heat to warm up and it took a while and the fan seems to blow in cigarettes' and pot smell so assume someone was smoking it near by into a vent or something.

It was ok. Yogurt was the best item. Fruit was good too.

The coffee pot ran out of coffee around 7:45AM. About 20 minutes passed before a new pot was brought in. Seems like a long time for such an essential item.

Great breakfast options including pancakes, sausage and eggs as well as yogurt, fruits and cereals. Clean simple room with great TV and USB ports as well as a small desk and fridge . Nice shower with wall mounted soaps, shampoos and lotions .

No individual soaps shampoos, etc. No microwave.
