The layout was great ! The M lounge was amazing and a welcomed amenity. Our room was perfect cozy and clean!

Customer service was exceptional. They were quiet, professional and very kind. We got hungry after our concert and they directed us to a local pizza place around the corner that we were able to walk to and from after midnight and it was completely safe. In fact, they were actually filming Superman a couple streets over!

King room overlooking Lake Erie. The sunset was beautiful.

Paying for parking and internet was a bummer.

Location is great, especially being across the street from the convention center. The Marriott is very accommodating and clean.

We have stayed here 7 years back to back for the tattoo convention every year. The price has sky rocketed over the years including parking. Also the facility has "changed its policy" when paying and I was never informed or notified. I typically always pay cash and pay extra for incidentals which I typically get back upon check out. I was told I can no longer do that due to new policy or I needed to find somewhere else to stay even though I've had this hotel booked for months. When told this, the gentleman made me and my wife feel incompetent and made us question if we wanted to continue with our check in. Then when checking out I was asked if I wanted to pay cash for my stay like I do any other time as though the "new policy" was never a thing.
