The room was clean and well kept. the hotel was in a great location, centrally located amongst tourist interests, and restaurants were available nearby. The breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy but edible and convenient.

Would have liked a nicer view on the side facing the airport. We could not see the fireworks from our room.

Staff was nice but I didn't feel the welcome I feel at other hotels. They were a bit standoffish. Breakfast was tasty but the omelet was just lukewarm at best. Very small pool that is outside so we could not swim because it was cold and raining.

the hotel itself was very nice and continental breakfast was perfect.

we had asked to be as close to each room as possible because we were traveling as a family and one was on second floor and two were on third floor but rooms apart. you also stated there was a pool and to our disappointment it was closed. website said you had a pool but they didn’t tell us it was seasonal and it needed work. after traveling with four senior people, their hips needed to be on a pool.

Hotel was clean and nice.

We had to stand at the front desk for 20-25 mins because the front desk staff didn't know how to work the computer and couldn't find our reservation even after showing them the confirmation. After 2 video calls later to another employee not on site we finally got to our room to eat our cold supper after our flight. Love holiday Inn but the staff could use some more training if they're gonna run the front desk
