The price was over rated for the room . I also didnt like the way the room was set up . Water pressure in shower at times was low. .

I like the suite.

The breakfast food wasn’t very good at all. Powdered eggs and frozen sausages wasn’t very appealing, I ate it the first day, but no more after that. They didn’t provide coffee all day long. They gave me instant coffee that I could make in the room and it was terrible. Room 415 had stains on the couch which I thought was unprofessional. The vanity lights were burned out when we checked into the room which they came and fixed, but that should’ve been done prior. It was an inconvenience to have them come into our room.

Location was excellent and had many great things to do around the area

I was called during my visit and was told my dog was continuously barking and that I would have to take him with me or not stay, I returned to the hotel immediately and stood outside of my room door for awhile to see if he was barking and nothing. However down the hall, a small dog in a different room would not stop barking. I guess they call every visitor with a dog and tell them to come back ASAP and get you dog? The indoor pool was uncomfortably cold. The kids did not even want to stay in.

Breakfast options poor canned fruit, cold instant eggs cold sausage two days in a row. Biscuit and gravy could have been slightly better but was also served cold. No half/half available for coffee.

Soft mattress

Well for one the elevators where gross sorry ik hotel can get nasty but the buttons and walls looked like they never been cleaned and I’m from a Indy travel 4 times a month stayed at plenty cincy hotels this 4/10 The room was extremely basic for $200 a night! No microwave for a suite We had hair all in the dresser we’re the blow drying is , I’m never one to complain but for the price I have 1000 better for cheaper Service was great food Was great Hotel and price definitely a one time place for me and my family

Room, clean and comfortable though the bathroom was a little small. The included breakfast was great, nice selection.

The staff was very welcoming and extremely nice and helpful. The room was very big. The location was great for the things we wanted to do. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable.

The property is dated. The doors, cabinets, counters, carpet, we’re all very worn and dated. Even the towels had fraying edges. It could have been cleaner.

The hotel itself was very nice

we arrived at 1:00 am and clerk at the desk was locked out of her computer and couldn’t check us in. she placed numerous phone calls for help no one was answering. There were other people waiting to check in as well. after about an hour as we were ready to leave she got into the computer and could find our reservation. I can’t believe a large cooperation like Hyatt has no support number for her to call during the night if there’s a problem. very dissatisfied we did t get out room u til 2 am

Everyone was friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. You could smell the cleanness when you walked in the hotel!

Fridge didn't work, no microwave in room .

Kids enjoyed the pool and the comfortable beds.

Missing a sheet for the pull out couch. Not nearly enough seating for breakfast and dishes were out or had food remnants on them. No liner for ice bucket.
