Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. .

Pool seemed small. There were several families in trying to swim at the same time and it could’ve been bigger.

The room was okay. Bed, pillows etc were nice. Molly at the front desk was especially nice and helpful.

Water pressure wasn’t good. Coffee pods were poor. Two available in the room and both decaf. The painting and construction work were unsettling to see upon arrival. Lobby and Breakfast Room are not in good shape.

The breakfast was amazing, the beds and pillows are comfy, good size room and the staff was amazing even with our late check in she was super friendly!

Very nice hotel! Staff was very friendly, the accommodations were great. The breakfast was very nice, missed the psncakes though.

Parking was just a bit tight

The property was very clean. I am picky about cleanliness and I did not have any complaints.

New hotel, nice, clean, bright, with friendly staff. Right next to major shopping center (Super-Walmart) within 1 minute walk. Other centers available with 5 to 10 min walks. Several fast food joints and two restaurants within walking proximity. On-call hotel shuttle service to and from CVG is good. Breakfast was above average with warm sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. Has indoor pool, but I didn't use it.

Really nothing negative. Everything was up to par.

Breakfast was good, my kids were disappointed that the pancake maker was down but they were happy with the chocolate muffins! We enjoyed the pool. Facilities were very clean, smell was nice and clean. We will definitely stay again.

My husband and I both didn’t care for the mattresses. But, that’s most likely just our personal preferences.

Great soaps. (Dove) I didn't have to leave to buy different shampoo and conditioner

My reservation was for 5 kids and they put me on the second floor. So we got a noise complaint.

The breakfast was really good, nice amenities. A lot of places to go to nearby.

I was ill the 2nd day I was there. Before I went out for the day I asked for housekeeping to clean up my room but they never did. I had to go get my own towels from downstairs that evening and they didn't pick up my trash until the next day.

Unfortunately breakfast isnt until 6 so it would’ve been nice to have something warm before heading to the airport being that I’m pregnant. May be a self-serve center. where even hot water and oatmeal or even a toaster oven with bagel or baked goods is accessible.

The shuttle returning to the airport in the morning the car could’ve been warmed up since I had made arrangements at check in. with courtesy for ppl like myself traveling alone with heavy luggage pregnant or maybe even elderly. No heat was turned on and it was a 12 minute ride. The shuttle driver that brought me was courteous and kind. But the one that took me back to the airport in the morning just was a bit oblivious to general courtesy.
