Breakfast was good, need cooking spray for the waffle maker so the waffles don’t stick…

The room was a handicap room, we would not have picked the room because we are not handicap but that was the room booking.com sold us without making it aware it was handicap. Was also loud being met to the lobby…

When we entered the room the first thing we noticed was that we could clearly hear the TV in the adjoining room, and the volume did not appear to be overly loud. There was trash (plastic wrappers, leaves) on the floor. The bathroom counter had toothpaste smeared on it and there was coffee splattered on the walls. Both bed's comforters and the carpet near the beds were covered in (matching) waxy pink stains. Upon removing the comforters, crumbs were in both beds. We contacted the front desk and someone brought new bedding. The man insisted that the room had been cleaned but after we showed him all of the issues he agreed that it had not been cleaned. He then informed us that the cleaning staff was gone for the day and left us to strip the beds ourselves and clean up the trash. Supposedly no other rooms were available. Definitely disappointed and would not recommend staying here.

water pressure in room wasn't as good as it could have been also the bathtub did not have a non-slip surface in it making it difficult to shower.

The bed was comfortable, great hot shower. The room was very clean. The location and hotel itself seemed very safe. The breakfast was good and hot. Close to lots of other restaurants.

I asked for a non smoking room. It seemed my room had a hint of smoke smell to it.

Nice Spacious rooms and great breakfast. Very good location. Love this hotel.

Only complaint I have is the water pressure wasn't great. Everything else was good.

I liked the staff, breakfast, indoor pool and room!

We were with no electricity for 2 hours because of the weather.

Room was very roomy, bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Shower was AMAZINGLY huge and good hot water!
