Розташування, центр міста. Чисто. Шампунь і кондиціонер є і класний. Дуже зручні ліжка і подушки. Є кава/чай.

Шумно було біля готелю. Ранком біля кімнати шуміли відрами, мили щось мабуть. В 7:22 ранку. Заселили не в той номер, який був заброньований в букінгу, але я зателефонувала і змінили номер, але все одно такий собі, не такий як на фото. Над ліжком в двох номерах не було картин, цвяхи тільки стирчали, тому не було дуже затишно. Був балкон закритий на ключ, а в попередньому номері відкритий, тому це не сподобалось. Але якщо є якісь проблеми краще зразу дзвоніть на гарячу лінію. Рекомендую пройти підтвердження букінгу швидко, поки ще не доїхали до готелю, бо мені підтвердили аж через хвилин 40-50. І я весь час чекала. І відповіли тільки по телефону, а не в букінгу.

La ubicación excelente con fácil acceso a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Tienes el metro B/A en la puerta del edificio., que en sí mismo es muy bonito y tranquilo. Estuvimos en un apartamento del quinto piso y absoluto silencio, pese a lo concurrida que está la zona. La limpieza y la calidad de las instalaciones son ideales. La cantidad de restaurantes y negocios a pie de puerta es perfecto, puedes elegir cientos de opciones. La amabilidad de todos el personal, excelente.

Sería injusto decir que algo no nos gustó. Nosotros somos muy cafeteros y quizás tendría que revisar la Nespresso. No siempre coge bien la cápsula. Pero, repito, por entrar en detalles. No hay mayores quejas.

My review is based on an attempted fraud incident that Numa Laurel have not provided details on. Concerned, I messaged Numa Laurel once again via Booking.com to ask if this individual worked for Numa Laurel, and the following day it was confirmed they did not. My question to the hotel ever since has been how did the scammer get access to Numa Laurels Booking.com account + my mobile details, unless someone from the hotel is complicit in this scam? Very suspicious in my opinion and the hotels lack of response / action to provide answers makes me more suspicious.

Location was great for us. Very close to the busy areas and metro station but still somehow secluded and quiet. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. It seems that all little details were thought of. Bathroom was my favourite with heated floor and REN toiletries. We extended our stay because we loved it so much and we would definitely come back to stay again. Also the communication was very easy and prompt in regards of the extension. Thank you

Rooms are very big and clean. Check in and check out was super easy. Location is very very good, highly recommended.

The flat was modern and spacious. Very clean and overall comfortable.

Unfortunately the windows and the walls are not thick so enough, it was noisy and cold air came through the closed windows from the outside.

Very clean, very spacious with a great design. Bed super comfortable and a lot of windows (light and fresh air). The double bathroom is really nice and the heating system in the floor was appreciated. Really easy to access and free store luggage if you stay longer than the checkout time.

Maybe having not only a bathtub, but a shower would have been more comfortable (there is enough space to add one next to the bathtub). The radiator on the wall was not working, but was not necessary at all (the climate system of the house was perfect), would be better if you could fix it. Bigger towels also would be more appreciated, but the house is absolutely worth the cost. Only real problem: the wifi is super slow, if you have to work there is a Starbucks just in front.
