Ottima posizione, a 50m da piazza Venceslao ma in una via tranquillissima (quasi di fronte c'è la caserma della polizia), pulizia impeccabile, camera spaziosa, qualità degli alimenti della colazione (specialmente il salato, sul dolce e soprattutto sul caffè/ cappuccino si può migliorare). Parcheggio nel cortile interno (coperto e a pagamento). Dal quinto piano in su vista sulla città vecchia (la foto allegata è stata scattata al quinto piano e ancora l'edificio di fronte occupa buona parte dell'inquadratura, ma sullo sfondo è chiaramente visibile il castello, dall'altra parte del fiume, che sembra lontano ma raggiungibile tranquillamente con una bella passeggiata attraverso il centro storico).

Il parcheggio non è molto capiente, quindi il fatto che non sia prenotabile e pagabile direttamente con la stanza ma solo al momento del check in potrebbe creare qualche inconveniente. Se non si prenota con un certo anticipo e l'hotel non riesce a dare garanzia scritta prima, si rischia di non trovare posto. Quindi se tra i criteri di scelta c'è il parcheggio, sappiate che al momento della prenotazione questo non è garantito, solo successivamente si può inserire la richiesta. Più che una lamentela è un'informazione che qualcuno può trovare utile.

Great location on a quiet street. Perfect for sleeping. Did not hear any noise at night at all. Breakfast was good.

Close to the Museum and train station. Room was very clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed the close proximity to the heart of Prague and where all the action is at. The staff was nice. The true award goes out to the cleaning staff. They kept the rooms nice and tidy for us during our 4 day stay and they even cleaned our laundry no charge. Good place.

We did ask for a car service early in the morning but the person we told may have forgotten to put it in the notes. So at the last minute it felt like there was no communication or lack of it.

+ The location of the hotel is a 10-15-minute walk from all major sights + The hotel is modern and very neat + The staff is of note 20, especially since we have an exceptional situation in which we found understanding from the staff without any problem + Very spacious and beautiful room + Excellent breakfast, varied and with a delicious espresso coffee

- For us the pillows were not comfortable, they are a bit too full of material .

Soundproof, comfortable bed, clean, good location & great breakfast!

Suggestions would be to not fill mini frig with products for sale, no decorative pillows/items that don't get washed between guests, hallway & shelves are wasted space, TV had issues, get regular coat hangers, 2 twins beds together not actual queen.
