Quite a quirky hotel in a great location. The beds are super comfortable and the room clean. Breakfast is a great variety of food and very tasty.

The room we were allocated had no curtains, and was bright until late and then again very early making sleep very difficult. We were then given another much smaller room, and to be honest, although there were curtains, they were very thin and the room was very bright very early in the morning.

The friendliness of the staff was amazing, with great tips and advice available for tourists, the location was perfect, only a few minutes walk from the Charles bridge and other attractions as well as being right by a local tram stop for connections throughout Prague

Lacks on safety, specially in the bath. Our baby son (almost 2 years old) slipped and opened his chin. We requested anti slippery mat after the incident and returning from hospital and we were told by the night staff to go and buy one at the shops. Daily staff was a bit more understanding and tried to solve the issue however couldn't find a suitable solution. Also the floor inside the bedroom was marble everywhere, which could be another safety issue. The staff proposed as a solution to go to a carpeted room, which we didn't accept since it didn't solve the bath problem. Could be more baby friendly, since it has steps inside the premises (not many though)

Location. Service is very good. Big beds. We traveled by car, driver parked car to underground parking and delivered it in front of hotel in departure. It is historic building keep that in mind, its not new built and fresh. We liked the old touch of the building.

Some people hanging in front of the building half night instead to go to pub and have some beers. Btw good pubs next door beer was 55 ck.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Freundliches Personal. Gut gelegen, mann kann vieles zu Fuss erreichen.

Dusch Kabine könnte besser sein.

Great breakfast. Nice towels, comfortable beds. Quality bed linen.
