Super location, kitchen use

there was a problem with tv connecting to the Wi-Fi, which was no issue to me. I just thought I’d mention it at the desk so they knew. the lad working on the desk at the, put it this way I was extremely impressed with his hospitality management. within 5 mins off asking he went up and looked into the problem. as it couldn’t be fix at that moment , with out hesitation he moved me to a new room which was in perfect working order and it was brilliant service. he went above and beyond 👍

Access to the kitchen

I have stayed here before, and know what to expect - clean, functional, comfortable. A good location for visiting children at University halls! The communal kitchen is helpful.

The shower is not especially strong, but that really doesn't make or break the stay

It was clean and the room was the size I expected.

The bed was very small, considering I booked a room for 2 people, it was only a 4'6" bed. Luckily I was with a family member or it could have been awkward!

Very basic hostel-type accommodation. No tea or coffee making facilities in room, no hairdryer. Lots of noise from student village next door.

The Jonas hotel was an exceptional 5 night stay which facilitated me seeing friends and family in the area due to it's fantastic location. I felt very safe as not only is the hotel operated with secure key cards it appeared to be on University campus with their security measures. The hotel itself was very comfortable with a spacious, quiet and clean room and excellent social area facilities. The complementary coffee and pastries in the morning were greatly appreciated. Also thank you to each member of staff that I spoke to, each and every one was polite and courteous and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

Breakfast was ok. Location ideal as near where my daughter is staying.

The bed was too small for two.
