Courteous staff friendly atmosphere and warm greeting by every staff

The staff were very accommodating when I wasn't well from something we eat or drink. They send a doctor to our room to attend to me.

I think it would be better if the restaurant downstairs is open so that we don't have to go to the other hotel for breakfast

Amazing beach resort on Lio Beach (and 2 mins from the airport). Fantastic restaurants and bars along the beach front. Beautiful sunset location! Plastic free resort. Decor very modern and neat. Breakfast area very comfortable and pleasing. Hotel arranged scooter delivery for us too.

Air con not great. Slight smell in bathroom. No room service on one of the nights but we were not told until we went to place order. Other than this it was a really nice resort.

* The hotel was small but nice and I enjoyed being so close to Lio beach. * While there was no view of the beach, it was still nice having a balcony with space to leave clothes out to air dry overnight. * The food from room service was great, I enjoyed it all!

* The floor of the room was a bit sandy/dusty, I don't think the room had been vacuumed between guests which did get a bit annoying after a day or two. * There was no fridge in the room which surprised me, however I made do without. * When ordering room service, it was not clear where to leave the tray with my left over plates and glass. The tray ended up staying in my room for the 3 nights I was there.

The staff are accommodating. They go above and beyond to try to make you comfortable (within their means of course). They really set the "vacation pace" by being calm. Not one staff was loud or hurried but they all worked at reasonable pace. They also work efficiently - the few times house keeping had to fix something, they did not make us wait long for resolution. Our stay was quite relaxing.

The AC units seem to eternally be in low setting. The temperature indicator says 18C but the actual room temperature never goes that low. It was difficult to sleep at night.
