Everything was good,looks exactly as on pictures

Didn't like the fact cleaning stuff was already in our case wanted to clean and it wasn't even the check out time

Everything was great, it's literally a home away from home. The staff was professional and friendly, and it was easy to locate the place. My friends and I had a good time. What you see on pictures is what you'll get :)

The overall hospitality and the host was helpful and friendly. My stay was surely a memorable one. I was situated in a quiet area where I could also continue working as I was on a work-related trip.

I woke up to water shedding, and I was not made aware of this, so it was a bit of an inconvenience because there was little water available.

The place was very clean and everything I wanted was just there. I was upgraded to a better place for what I paid and was very grateful for that.

We had an issue with the toilet overflowing. When we called the host to help, he came to the property and was very aggressive toward us (just a group of ladies) to the point where we had to call the police. The next morning the host invaded our privacy by presenting himself inside the home at 7am while we were sleeping and started 'doing laundry'. He collected the linen from the empty beds IN the ladies sleeping areas while they were asleep. We felt extremely harrased, disrespected and violated.

It was beautifil, clean and great facilities.

I booked for 2 apartments but i was with 1 other adult and kids, i should have booked for one but there was no option for that. so i paid for the second one for nothing.

I appreciated the location compared to my expectations. Then, the quality of the welcome of the owner, the very good level of the equipment of the apartment and its position which offers a very appreciable intimacy. The overall cleanliness is also very remarkable.

Small problem with the fridge. The cleaning staff had a little forgotten their cleaning. The smell was not very pleasant when I opened it. But I think it was a simple oversight that does not affect the general cleanliness of the apartment.

The Host Mr Billy Bells is one of the best Hosts I have ever encounter,I travel alot and I know superb customer service when I deal with it.I was upgraded to another bigger apartment buildings and Billy Allowed to check out late,as I was still exhausted.God Bless Billy man

I like the setup of the two bedroom apartment All was superb,there is a smart tv,comfortable beds and couches.

The flat is very comfortable and clean. The linen is high quality, and there is enough basic kitchen equipment. The complex where the flat is situated is obviously well run, and the pool area is great. The television has Netflix and the internet didn't give us any problems. Billy was very communicative and friendly.

It was very hot during our visit so it would have been nice to have a fan. I'm a Ceylon tea drinker so I was disappointed that there was only rooibos and coffee supplied, but to be fair there are shops very close by. On the whole it's an excellent apartment.

The host was really nice. The home was clean and very comfortable and made for a really nice family Christmas venue.

They do not really allow visitors even if they’re not there to sleep over , but host was really nice about it.

The surroundings and garden

Most things. No aircon, small rooms, no flat screen in most rooms, just an old house not revamped for guest house standard
