This home easily accamodated our family of 10. We loved sitting on the lanai at all times of day but particularly morning and sunset. Having two dishwashers is brilliant!!! We loved the pool on site with the foaty toys for our kids and the availability of chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards and water shoes available in the garage.

The house is beautiful and well designed to take advantage of the location. From the lanai you can watch sunrise with a cup of coffee, sunset with an adult beverage. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The small issues we had at the beginning of our 2 week stay were promptly addressed by the on-island hosts.

This home is beautiful and great for a large group. We were celebrating our anniversary with our 3 grown children and their spouses and there was ample room for all 8 of us, We particularly enjoyed the large lanai with generous tables and seating with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets (and whales!). The living room also had lots of seating and dining table for 8. Nice, central location for Poipu area.

We found the condition of the home accurate with the photos shown, everything was very clean and updated. Our family really enjoyed the well stocked garage of beach items (chairs, snorkels, boogie boards, water shoes, towels, cooler, etc). We would load our car and do the short drive to Poipu / Brennake's beach most days. We enjoyed having two washer/dryers as well as the additional refrigerator in the garage. We used the grill as well as the oven/stove and everything was in working order. Be aware that the cottage is attached but very separate in terms of entrance (would have to walk out through garage to access cottage). It worked out fine for our family but possibly wouldn't want to have that as a space for young kids to stay without parents. In addition, the quality of the pull out couch in cottage is probably good only for small kids as the mattress is very thin. We found the AC unit able to keep up and keep everyone cool enough. We received prompt help from the property manager when we had a sink in the cottage that wasn't draining. This is a great location convenient to several luxury shopping/dining destinations and the area beaches. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

Family vacation. We stayed Sunday to Sunday. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms, which was awesome. Fantastic view..saw dolphins and lots of turtles. Lovely home made for lovely family time.

The cottage, accommodated the infants, Family, quite well as it has its own little kitchenette. The toddler’s family was in the master suite which allowed for napping without distractions. There are multiple appliances, which also makes it nice for a large family. Two sets of washers and dryer’s, one in the master suite, and one in the garage. In the kitchen, which is very well stocked and great for, many cooks, there are two microwaves and two dishwashers. We had some issue with the AC, and the maintenance staff brought in small air-conditioning units for all the rooms. The lanai is big and seats your entire group. It looks across the street to the ocean and you’ll see spectacular sunsets. Poipu Beach is less than five minutes away by car and the property provides lots of beach gear, including at least 10 beach chairs. Overall, a very well appointed home that works well for large families.

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout of this house was very comfortable and provided us with plenty of room to move around. We did have a problem with the main air conditioning unit but property management was responsive and used a couple of portable units to get us through the week. We would definitelyconsider this property if er returned to Kaui.

Our stay was fantastic - plenty of room for large groups, and check-in was seamless. The kitchen was fully stocked and instructions and suggestions were all very helpful. A couple of the doors were a little tricky to unlock & open, but that was fine, and the pool did need a quick cleaning of leaves, but that was also easily taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was the first time we were able to take all six of our kids to Kauai and enjoy the island. This home was a great addition to our memory making. We will definitely return!

The beaches were only a few minutes walk from the house. The water in front of the house was teaming with sea turtles and they were fun to watch. There were great shops and restaurants in walking distance and only a few minutes drive from the house. The house itself was perfect. We had so much room to spread out (there were 8 of us) and we never felt on top of one another. The kitchen was perfect for cooking big meals and the beds were extraordinarily comfortable (and I am a big mattress diva). The pool was so nice to have to ourselves and a great place to cool off. The house had a ton of beach supplies, from coolers and umbrellas to water shoes and swim fins. It had more supplies than we needed. The ONLY exception was the number of beach towels. It was an expensive house, but very well worth every single penny.

I was a little worried because this home was more expensive than the others we were looking at, but OMG, it was totally worth it! A very beautiful home with all the needed amenities. We loved sitting out on the covered front patio eating dinner and enjoying the sunset and surf. It is walking distance to the cute shopping center with lots of restaurants, cute shops and Lappert’s Ice Cream! The Koloa Landing Resort right next door has a smoothie and treat stand not even a hundred yards from the house. The amazing beach at the Sheraton resort is also a very short walk away and you can rent a beach side two seat cabana for $75 for the day or just bring tour own chairs and umbrella that were also provided at the house. We hope to come back for Christmas in a year or two. Our new favorite place!

The property was very true to the pictures and in a great location.

Our group was two families, including two 13-year olds and two 9-year olds. This house worked great for us. The main house has two oceanview king bed primary suites with bathrooms connected (one suite had a bigger bathroom, but we found the bedrooms equally nice), plus a garden view kids room with two twins. Our youngest kids stayed there. The separate ohana suite is large - more like it’s own one bedroom apartment with separate living g/kitchen. Our 13 year olds stayed in there and thought they’d gone to heaven, with such a grown up, separate space. Note that the ohana bedroom is a queen bed. My only wish was that the ohana had a direct connection to the house, or even into the private yard/pool area; instead, it has a separate entrance from the driveway, which made us a bit nervous at night since we wanted to lock all the doors, and this locked out kids out :). This would work totally great for another couple or even a family. Management of the property was very responsive and accommodating. We found the house location excellent - easy access to shops, beaches, and a front row seat to sunsets. We easily walked the five minutes to Kiahuna Beach, one of our favorites. We would definitely rent again!

My family of six adults and three children had one of the best family vacations ever at this stunning home! I started each morning sitting in a rocking chair on the the front porch drinking my coffee and watching whales and dolphins. Everything about this home absolutely exceeded our expectations! The fully equipped kitchen is ready for cooking at home, if you choose. My grandkids loved the private pool. If we return to Kaua’i, we will definitely rent this beautiful home again!

My family includes my 4 adult children 2 spouses, 3 grandchildren, myself and my husband. The home provided perfect privacy for all individuals as well as an atmosphere of comfort and quality. As an interior designer, and having an architect on board, we were amazed at the attention to detail in all the construction and decor. It also provided us with the amenities we would expect for a large family, such as 2 dishwashers, a huge commercial grade range, and two sets of laundry facilities. The home was immaculate, with the small exception of tiny gnats collected in the master bath tub, that either were missed by the cleaning crew, or had quickly accumulated due to their size, providing easy access through the screens. The separate HVAC zones helped us all to be comfortable. The lanai and swimming pool provided an excellent gathering space for us all. The owners were contacted only once for an unusual situation concerning a stray cat that wandered onto the property. They were extremely helpful and attentive to the situation. Great hosts! Only two comments for future consideration; the lock for the main house front door was a bit confusing and tricky to use; we also were a bit frustrated that it was not possible to leave it unlocked while we were outside on the property. The door would always swing open when left ajar, preventing us from using the air conditioning while outside. Small thing, but perhaps locks and the door balance may be adjusted. Also, it was easy to confuse which club property was included for use, due to the proximity of the club behind the property- even using the same access! This should be emphasized to future renters. All in all, it was a fabulous property and I recommend it highly!

We had a wonderful gathering with family. The cottage was great for the grandparents to escape! Lots of space and the front lanai is ideal for large meals and watching sunsets. Great location, walk to shops and beaches.

It was Christmas week in Hawaii. Hawaii is majestic and gorgeous. The house was lovely. DO NOT go to Hawaii during Christmas. Armies of tourists overwhelm the loveliness of everything. Restaurant reservations are meager to none. Beaches very crowded. There is, as everywhere, an extreme lack of help. One restaurant owner told us, after a 30 min wait to order, that she was employing homeless to handle her kitchen.. all of this said, I will go back at a different time of year.

We would highly recommend this property to friends and family wanting to experience a little piece of paradise!

Our family of 7 loved our time at this home. Great location and the house is stocked with everything you need. A big plus, the beds are so comfy!!! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with a beautiful layout of the house for our two families with a total of 9 people. Well equipped kitchen and amenities. Everything we needed we were able to find at the house ie beach chairs, beach bags, cooler bags, umbrellas, sand toys and towels. Made our trip stress free to see all these amenities and not have to run out to the store to grab them. Would love to come back again.

Terrific home to enjoy with family and friends. Perfect location for us, super clean, terrific kitchen, wonderfully stocked and nicely appointed, and just an amazing front porch for lounging and sunset viewing. The Poipu365 team is great to work with. Highly recommended.

Fantastic gathering areas (Living room, kitchen, dining, lanai) for our whole family to hang out together, and then space where our 3 mini families could retreat for quiet times (when needed). Amazing views of sunset every night, and loved that across the street from the home was a gathering place for all to come see the beauty of the sunsets - people gathered about 20 mins before, then left shortly after (locals and visitors, it was awesome). Also had views of sunrise. Fam spent many hours on the lanai taking in the amazing views. Beach was a short walk away for the days we wanted to get our feet in the sand and a feel for the amazing Pacific; other days we lounged in the pool at the house! Easy drive to shops and grocery store. House was immaculate, absolutely beautiful interior; had everything we needed. We cooked in mostly, and the kitchen was one a chef would love!Property management company was great to work with.Mahalo for sharing this home with us, we'll be back!
