Graduation weekend in Fort Collins was enhanced by our stay here. We hardly spent any time in the house but did sneak in a hot tub soak with stars overhead! Definitely on our go to list next time we visit.

We loved it from the moment we pulled up front. Super simple and comfortable yet lovely. We had everything we needed fir our stay. We looked forward to using the roof top but weather did not permit.We decided we liked it so much we want to plan a trip back in better weather !

Wonderful home in north FoCo- so easy to access and close to downtown. All the amenities and kitchen supplies for cooking on Thanksgiving. Enjoyed the relaxing time in the full-size hot tub on the roof with views of the mountains and the Aggie “A”! Really spectacular and host was immediately responsive. Loved this stay-so special!

We have a freshman at CSU and used this house for parent's weekend. It's phenomenal. As advertised. Very comfortable. Close to all the things you want to do. And the rooftop hot tub is pretty cool! We used it in the morning and at night. We will stay here again for sure.

Beautiful home with a great location. Hiking is just a short walk away and New Belgium Brewery is a great place to end a hike! Just know that the bunk bed room has an air mattress on the lower bunk, not very comfortable. We were fortunate to have a smaller party so after the first night we switched rooms BUT overall this is a beautiful home

What a great home with plenty of space. We loved the rooftop deck and hottub. One thing that makes this home stick out was how incredibly stocked this home was with anything and everything you could need + extras for entertainment. Highly recommend this home if you're traveling to Fort Collins!

We had a great time visiting Fort Collins and enjoyed our stay in the home. Plenty of space for larger groups or families with multiple children. Easy access to CSU and Old Town, with a large rooftop deck. Although we couldn't use the deck much during the day due to the lack of shade and hot August conditions, I'm sure it would be of more use in the spring or fall. Overall a great property and would stay again if visiting Ft. Collins.

We stayed at this beautiful home for a girls trip! The accommodations were perfect! Plenty of space for the 6 of us, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and closets with anything we needed for our stay. We loved the rooftop deck and hot tub. And most of all the location was perfect, just a quick walk to new Belgium and an easy bike use to old town. It is rare that what you get in a Vrbo is actually what you are expecting to get and more and this one you get it all! Thanks for being part of our special trip!

The communication with property management was second to none. The house is in a great location. We walk to old town. Easy gathering Spot for our family. Cute yard , grill, hot tub, all the kitchen accessories - we had a great home away from home. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless Beds comfortable- we had a lovely stay

This property is absolutely perfect. Clean, spacious, recently remodeled kitchen. The home owner's have everything you could possibly need on hand. The rooftop hot tub was such an amazing way to end the days. If we ever come back to Fort Collins we will absolute be staying here again!

Great place to stay with fully stocked kitchen, board games, throw blankets, and toiletries. We only stayed two nights but I would love to stay longer next time. We had a nice walk into Old Town Fort Collins and visited the local cheese and chocolate shops among many others. The roof top patio and hot tub are lovely. Thank you for being great hosts!

We were having a family celebration for my son's CSU graduation. My husband, sons and significant others all stayed and we had a wonderful time. Loved the place, the location and the outdoor games! Would rent this property again!

The property was very clean and well stocked. We had plenty of space indoors and loved the additional rooftop and small yard. There were train tracks, blocks, some balls, and even chalk for our two toddlers to enjoy. It was a nice place to stay with little kids since they had a pack n play, high chair, and gates. The hot tub comfortably fit 3 adults and was a huge hit with our group. We would definitely consider renting again if we return to the area.

This house was perfect for visiting nearby family for the week. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking was very thoughtful. Great location for walking downtown and Mountain View from the rooftop hot tub was perfect!

Listing is accurate on this property. Due to frigid temps and wind we did not spend time on the rooftop deck other than move chairs back into place. The rooftop deck looked super cute and inviting in better weather. Plenty of space for our family and a few friends that joined us for celebratory dinners. Not knowing how stocked the kitchen would be, I brought several things from home to cook/prepare meals. I was pleasantly surprised to see plenty of plates, glass ware, etc. Kitchen has all the basics covered and then some to be able to cook in when you visit. Coffee bar was a nice treat, and owners take care to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Bedrooms were comfortable. We had one minor maintenance issue and the property managers promptly addressed it and were very helpful. We didn't skip a beat. Check in/out was super smooth. Property was better than described, and in the warmer months even more inviting. This location was near where our daughter's place is so it was really convenient for us and close to Old Town. I would highly recommend this location, and feel that the pricing was fair. Quite the gem of a spot!
