Very nice villa! We have all that we need for our live in the villa, like we stay at our parents home. The owner helps any time we need it! Every day we enjoy sunrises, birds singing, ocean, sunsets, cooking, travelling and relaxing!

nice bedrooms, kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, air conditioning in the bedrooms.

1. rats. they have rats in the kitchen and for me it was unacceptable. I wrote host about this, but he said it wasn’t a big deal. for me is a big deal, cause we stayed with a small child, and rats walked all over plates and everything in the kitchen. I informed host that we would leave early, because of that, and ask for the money that we paid for the rest of our stay (5 days more), but he didn’t reply, moreover he didn’t even come to us, as we asked. 2. also there is a second floor under construction and it isn’t protected, so anyone can just climbed to a second floor and entranced to us by the staircase. given that we lived in the middle of the jungle it bothered us a lot 3. location as I said in the middle of the jungle, you need to walk to the road for about 10 to 12 minutes, just to get to the road and about 20 minutes from there to get to the city.

Beautiful quiet place. Spacious house with everything you need to live. Washing machine is available, which was rare for Sri Lanka. Pleasant, caring owner. I definitely recommend it!

It was a new, modern well equipped house, with a large communal seating area with comfortable seating, a TV, sound system and coffee table. There was also a dining area with large table and 6 chairs. Both this and the sitting area had good large ceiling fans. Also a modern, large well equipped kitchen with big larder fridge-freezer, sink unit and induction hob. Also a large top loading washing machine. The property is completely enclosed and private with a garden where we saw indigenous wildlife including giant squirrels, mongoose and various birds. Our group consisted of 3 pensioners and a young couple with an active one year old. The host was charming with excellent English, and the breakfast, prepared by his equally charming mother was traditional Sri Lankan and outstandingly delicious. Best of all, there were so few mosqitos we slept without the mosquito net and the non air-con rooms were cool enough to not really need the fan. Finally the bathroom. A large western wetroom with flushing toilet, basin shower, hot water, and mirror. There is also a squat loo and a shower open to the jungle at the back of the house. Altogether a wonderful find.

This was a lovely place on the edge of the jungle but please be advised the bedrooms are not strictly as advertised. Downstairs there is one large double bedroom with air-con, One small double bedroom with no air-con and one small single bedroom with no air-con that is accessed through a separate door in the front porch. The fourth double bedroom is upstairs with no air-con and accessed across an unfinished landing. There are other rooms upstairs uncompleted. However, all rooms did have fans and mosquito nets.

Great for our family, especially after travelling around Sri Lanka and staying in guest houses only,finally we could settle down a little bit,cook our own and use the washing machine😀 The host was very helpful and doing his best, always ready to drive us around if needed it.
