Stayed for wedding and location is good and village is nice a quiet. Parking was a little busy on Saturday night. Dee Dee's cafe opposite is amazing and the food is well worth a visit. Room is comfty for 2 people, bed was comfy and access was emailed with instructions and easy enough.

Booked for a sofa bed, when we came to undo it, it was stuck so I had to share a bed with my pregnant daughter on a very warm night. Window wouldn't open as it was stuck, luckily there was a fan in the room. No teaspoons, only 5 knives, 1 fork and a dessert spoon. Nothing replenished and a little more care with the housekeeping

The weather on Saturday,it rained all day.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and it was very convenient for a wedding at Cissbury Barns. Well equipped kitchenette area in our room (we had one of the larger rooms). Basic, but met our needs.

Felt like the motel was worn. Evidence of water leaks in a few places on exterior walls. Bathroom could be improved - tap in bathroom if turned on full missed the small sink and the bathroom and room door were both difficult to close.

It was clean

Broken window, not repaired as promised. Plaster missing round lights. Electrical hole uncovered behind bed. Mould in shower, low quality furniture. Not full sized fridge. No toilet paper holder. No towel hanger nr shower. Tea etc not replenished. Dirty blinds. Tiny room.

It was very clean & tidy. with everything we needed at a good reasonable price. It was in a lovely village with amenities within walking distance.

Poor communication,, cleanliness ,decoration, fittings missing bowls chipped, sheets clean but stained , wire exposed or hanging loose, gutter over front door leaking, privacy would have been invaded by workmen before check out had the door not been locked!

The room (number 7) was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower facilities were good too. All in all it COULD have been a lovely stay!

Thexwindow was WIDE open on arrival! In the coldest day of the year it wasn't ideal! We shut the window, put the heat8ng in and went out to dinner on returning we found the heater wasn't working! It was like sleeping in a freezer! We piled coats on our bed bit were still extremely cold no chance of using the shower in the morning as we would have frozen to death! I messaged the owners but didn't even receive a reply or apology. I have left it late to leave a review because if they had replied to say the heater was now fixed I would not have written this.

Good location. Room 11 is big with a sofa. Comfy bed.

Poor standard of cleaning. Bathroom doesn't seem to have been cleaned at all from previous guest. Towels stained.

Wash basin too small. Only good for cleaning teeth. Not good for filling kettle or washing cups or dishes

Nice space. Hosts very attentive before with instructions and during when I couldn't work the heater. Clear instructions helped and the morning phone call was great. Village was lovely. Having parking freely available was great. The shower in room 2 was a great pressure. We went to the local restaurant and it was fabulous. Room 2 was a nice layout. Bed comfy.

The heating was changeable but it kept changing back which meant I was very cold in the night. I couldn't see that the fridge was working cold enough to put my next day food in so didn't use it. Although I appreciate people can be rubbish with signage, I felt the signs everywhere were a bit strong. Room 2 hairdryer was broken. Luckily it didn't bother me as wasn't washing my hair but the sign on it looked awful. My colleague found her shower not so good. My colleague found a broken nail in the sink which made him feel that the cleaning wasn't done properly. Carpets were really dirty in places.

Good location and lots of nice pubs around. Nice property in a lovely village. Good to have the use of a microwave and plates, bowls, knives and forks. There was a tiny litte fridge as well.

Towels old and had stains. Bathroom could be cleaner. The bathroom sink was small and the lever was was quite stiff. The water flow on the shower was weak and slow. Cob webs in the room so hasn't been dusted for ages. Crockery were not washed properly, had dried bits of food. The bed linen were old and doesn't feel fresh. The cushions had stains. The place really needs redecorating and all the towels, linen need to be replaced with new.

Was set in a lovely location and ideal for visiting the whole areas around and easy to get to and room secure and good value.will book again!

Was a little cold later in the night and the morning but I'm used to a very heated home here😁later check out and check in times would be very helpful too .

Can't lie the room was very very cold however in their defence it was the coldest night of the year.

Room 10 was rundown stain carpet and furnishing Electrical leads running along the skirting and over the door way to the bathroom Bedding all crumpled like it had just come out of the tumble dryer Bathroom light fitting not filled in cracks in the wall and just completely rundown
