We were so pleased. Ed was very accommodating and we loved our time here. Stunning property. It was such a treat to wake up and hear the birds chirping each morning while enjoying coffee with friends.

A group of friends stayed here over a long weekend. Perfect location for our Alexander valley and Dry creek valley, winery visits. Easy to get to Healdsburg and Windsor dinning. Would 100% stay here again. Host was extremely responsive when we had a blown circuit issue.

We really enjoyed coming back again. We used to rent from Ed years ago. The pool and hot tub are a nice addition. Very clean, well supplied and stocked. It’s a real home, not an empty VRBO place. Looking forward to another trip.

The outdoor space, with the pool, deck, fire pit, and we’ll manicured landscaping and garden, is phenomenal. You really have no need to go inside. But if you do, the house is spacious and well appointed with everything you need. Location is just a few miles from downtown Healdsburg and 15 mins from many amazing wineries.

A perfect setting for harvest time in wine country

Everything about the property and house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was well accommodated spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was glorious. A beautiful garden, grape vines, wonderful pool, hot tub, room for the kids to ride their bikes. It was excellent. And Ed was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I hope we can go back.

We had a wonderful weekend at this house. The location is convenient but felt secluded (and safe). The landscaping and pool were gorgeous, and we only wished we had a slightly warmer weekend to take more advantage! Plenty of room for multiple cars, a newly updated kitchen, and both interior and exterior Sonos speakers were great! The owner was really responsive as well. I did want to leave one note about the outdoor cat mentioned in other reviews. If you are a cat person, you will absolutely love him. We had a couple people with cat allergies with us, and he was a little over-friendly for their tastes when we were outside. Like I said, probably not at all an issue for most people, but just a heads up for other allergy prone visitors. We would definitely recommend!

This house is AMAZING!! So clean and homey! The landscaping is spectacular and the pool and spa are so nice!! The owner was so nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is located very close to Downtown Healdsburg and many awesome wineries. We as a great time and will definitely be back!

I would definitely come back to this beautiful home! We even cut the day short on Saturday from wine tasting so we could just relax and enjoy wine by the pool and bbq. October is an amazing time to visit this area and it was just so much better having such a great place enjoy with friends and family. Ed was great with communicating and letting me know all the ends and outs of the house! Cocoa the cat made this trip even more spectacular. Such an awesome cat!

Our family came in from out of town for a wedding and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location to return to between weekend wedding festivities. Just a few minutes from downtown Healdsburg, this house was so close yet felt like you were far from the city. We ate breakfast outside each morning enjoying the beautiful landscape, the view of the nearby hills and the tranquility of the location . Afternoons were spent lounging by the pool and spa, and enjoying the company of our family. We don't get to see eachother often and this was a wonderful place to gather. And the house was beautifully appointed -- everything to make us feel at home and welcome. We can't wait to return!!

Magical property. The outdoor space is really something special. The house was spacious and well-equipped, and the beds were all comfortable (even the pull-out couch). The location feels remote and private but you're a 5 minute drive from Healdsburg. Ed was very easy to communicate with. We were here for a girls' weekend but this would also be an amazing spot for 2 families- kids would enjoy the open space, basketball hoop, seeing the horses nextdoor, the outdoor cat, Cocoa, who is super sweet and friendly, and of course the pool and hot tub. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The home was very clean at check-in and very well appointed and organized. Very well stocked home (pens, extra blankets, towels and pantry). The 12:00 check-in was very nice. The owner had very detailed instructions regarding everything in the house on the VRBO website (the most I have every seen). The property location is a very quiet and tranquil setting with a beautifully landscaped yard with some grape vines, vegetable garden, herb garden and a mini orchard. We took advantage of some ripe fruit and vegetables. The property is fully fenced which was great for our dog. Short drive to Healdsburg (about 7 minutes). Must eat at Chalkboard and Valette when venturing into town. Some nice wineries very close to the house and it is about a 10 minute drive to Dry Creek Road, the entrance to Zinfandel alley. The owner Ed Cooper communicates very well as needed. This is a must stay if in the area.

Our family had a wonderful time on our wine country escape. The pool is absolutely amazing and perfect for kids. We loved the country setting but also being only a short drive to down town Healdsburg, not to mention quick access to so many great wineries in the region. When back visiting the area we will definitely stay here again.

This is our fourth (or fifth?!) stay at this house and it again never dissapoints! Beautiful property and house, all the amenities you could ever want, and close to everything in Healdsburg. A must-rent!!

This is the second time I have stayed with a group at this Healdsburg gem. We loved swimming in the pool, lounging in the hot tub, and walking around the beautiful grounds. It was very close to drive to Healdsburg for dinner and a very comfortable stay. We fell in love with the outdoor cat Cocoa! I would recommend this property to anyone! We will be back!!

Our family of 6 and our dog had a fabulous stay in June! The property is completely private at the end of the road. The grounds are vast and wonderful. We used the pool every day. It's conveniently located right by the house off of the kitchen and dining area and family room. There is a large table outside so you can dine inside or out depending on your mood. The fire pit has plenty of seating and is stocked with firewood so be sure to roast s'mores! Everything you need to enjoy your time is provided in the house. The beds are super comfortable, as is the pull out sofa bed in the living room. There are ample towels for both personal use as well as outside pool towels. If you want to go out, Healdsburg and Windsor are both close by with stores and restaurants. We would not hesitate to come here again! Thanks so much Ed!

Private, serene, comfortable, bucolic, well maintained property; comfortable, generous beds; beautiful landscaping; new pool and spa; well stocked kitchen & bbq (we like to cook). Room to spread out with 2 living rooms. Hit all the important buttons for our family. Short drive to the charming town square, great restaurants and Dry Creek wineries. Owner was very nice and super responsive. Good value relative to other Healdsburg properties. Highly recommend this rental.

Our second stay, won't be the last. Located at the end of a little country road, this house is nestled among trees and horse pastures. The grounds are lovingly tended. I needed some rosemary, and knew the owners would have already thought this through. Sure enough, just a short walk around the house found a huge rosemary bush. In fact, the owners have thought of nearly everything a small group of vacationers could possibly want. The rooms are clean and the house is just the right size for a group of 6, plus maybe a kid or two. Speakers by the pool are a great addition. In fact, the few things we had commented on for improvement the first time we stayed was fixed or added the second. The equipment is easy to use. If I had any criticism, it would be that the internet speed is sooo slow. But who needs Internet when you have all of Headlsburg and it's wine country to explore?! Highly recommended.

After much research, we settled on this home and couldn’t have made a better choice. The entire home and property is impeccable, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Very convenient to Healdsburg and the major highways, but just far enough off down country roads that you feel completely secluded. We had a mixed group of friends and family, and had plenty of space and activities to keep everyone happy. The layout of the home is ideal for such a group, as you have a great mix of options of bedrooms and living spaces, and having 2.5 baths made the mornings easy! The interiors are very well appointed, with a fantastic updated kitchen, new appliances, great laundry room, wonderfully large dining room table, etc. The property also has incredible outdoor spaces. We loved watching the sunrise over the beautifully landscaped front garden, and ending the day by the fire or spa under the stars. The owners have made so many wonderful touches to this home to make it such a great place, after a long day touring the wine country, we almost didn’t have the energy to enjoy all the wonderful amenities provided. And, I can’t say enough about the owners, who handled everything from our initial questions, to our reservation, to our stay and follow-up, in such a professional, timely, and friendly manner. Incredibly responsive to any question and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. We almost hate to write this review, as we want to keep this home our Wine Country secret. So, if you do book, please treat this home well as we will be coming back!
