We loved the location. Handy to everything including the railway station and the tram to the airport. The apartment was well secured and was tastefully decorated. Beautifully clean with lovely white linen and towels. Very easy to settle in and relax.

Apartment was a good size for our group sleeping 6 with 3 bathrooms all with showers. Washing machine and drying rack were a great asset. The owner was very quick to response to any inquiries. There was an extra set of keys with a door code for our group to come and go separately. The property was in an amazing location in the city center yet extremely quite. It was also air conditioned which was huge!

Good joining instructions from airport/ train station from host. Very clean apartment. Good location.

Everywhere we have stayed so far in Italy on this trip has been a “10”. But this place - OVER THE TOP greatness. Truly a luxury property. Walked in and felt like I was walking into a sumptuous historic dwelling with every modern amenity. THREE BATHROOMS. Full kitchen. Two very private bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room that opened up fully-made and was extremely comfortable. Access to clothes washer in the unit, and a drying rack. Location was close to EVERYTHING - Duomo complex, Uffzi, Accademia Gallery, and Centrale station. Cannot say enough about this property. Unbelievable.

We are a family of 5. This apartment was in a very convenient location 8-minute walk from the train and easy access to the city outside our doorstep. The rooms were amazing and well spaced out where everyone had privacy. 3 bathrooms made a huge difference! Place was very updated and host communicated well with us. So much better than a cramped hotel.

Location is great! And the apartment has all the amenities needed for your stay. The host was very nice and provided all the guidance needed. I HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Location (walking distance from just anywhere in the city centre), spacious unit with 3 bathrooms, nice host, presence of lift if you have heavy luggage or have issues with taking the stairs up

If I have a complaint for imperfection, it would be the noise from outside by drunk people. Not the property owner's fault though

If I could give this apartment an 11, I would. The apartment is much more than the photos show! Everything was perfect. The apartment itself is spotlessly neat and well-maintained. All the beds had good mattresss. Bedding was of hotel standard - crisply ironed, super clean and comfortable. Towels were plush. Kitchen was well-equipped and again, everything was clean and spotless. Having 3 bathrooms was an absolute bonus for our family of 5. Host: Grazia was so kind to meet us personally and walk through the apartment with us. She also gave us a basket of cookies and jam for our stay. Location was as perfect as the apartment itself. The Duomo is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes' walk. It's also within walking distance to the train station, which made handling luggage a lot easier.

I loved this beautiful appartment. The owner was so friendly and helpful. The appartment had everything we needed. It was in a fantastic location. We are a family traveling Europe and had a lot of bags so the lift to the 1st floor was an added blessing. I would highly recommend staying here.

Only a small thing...but a dryer (or washer/dryer) would be helpful for travellers. Washing machine with no way to dry clothes not so useful.

The apartment was charming, comfortable, and in a FANTASTIC location!!! A short walk and you were at all the major sites. The apartment itself was unbelievably spacious - the 2nd bedroom was up some cute little stairs and had its own sitting area & bathroom, as well as the included laundry. And our hostess was so welcoming!!!! She met us personally, and took time to point out “must see” attractions & restaurants on a map she provided for us. The kitchen was even stocked with coffee and biscuits/jam! I can’t say enough good things about this place - we LOVED it!!!!

Upstairs is a bit small. The roof is low for a tall person but perfect for our kids.
