Comfortable apartment, in the heart of the Florence, it also has a common kitchen and s rest area where you can leave luggage on the day of leaving. The main cathedral is of 1 min walk. The host Alessandro also provided us cards for breakfast in the cafe (continental, very good). I also recommend this restaurant for dinner. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay. Big and excellent bed!!!

On a 2 week trip in Rome with 4 different accommodations, this was by far our favorite place to stay. The location was amazing (one block from the Duomo), the bed and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve encountered in Europe, the place was very clean and comfortable, and the owner was friendly and helpful. We used one of his suggestions for dinner and it was our favorite meal we had in Florence. The floor plan of the room was great for letting our children have their own space and us our privacy. Highly recommend this place.

Outstanding apartment in the most perfect location. The beds are very comfy, the apartment is quiet, despite its central location. We arrived very early with the train and Alessandro the host he received us with a nice breakfast around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this apartment again. Highly recommended!

Great location, exactly in the center of everything in Firenze. The place is so chic,comfy, and elegant, much more than the photos.The breakfast in the little cafe is very satisfying, especially the little cornettos are pure magic. Alessandro is helpful and positive and willing to help you with anything.Would definitely recommend it and, much more, can't wait to stay there again.

The rooms have a great view and are well located in the city center, 10 minutes walk from the train station and within walking distance to any of the city's attractions. Free laundry service is provided and the owner is very welcoming and happy to help.

What a wonderful B&B, in the very heart of Florence, just steps from the Duomo, on a charming side street, with all the comforts of home and then some. Our host Alessandro was helpful, charming, and obviously takes pride in providing visitors to Florence with the best experience possible. Our family of three - parents and an adult daughter - had excellent privacy in their one family room, which had two separate rooms, and two very large, comfortable beds. The room was very restful, and everything was immaculately clean and beautifully tended to. A small, but important matter - there are three extra-wide luggage racks, which meant we could keep our rooms much neater, and I wish other hotels would figure this out. A mini-fridge with complimentary water was a huge bonus as well. Breakfast is a cut above the usual - there is a small restaurant about a block or so away (a charming walk) with a lovely buffet where you start the day with a certain level of elegance. We were there four nights and felt sorry to leave. We hope to return to Florence (you can't see everything in four days), and look forward to returning to the B&B Dell'Olio.

The location is amazing right next to the cathedral. The room was huge! Very spacious. Alessandro was very informative and very helpful.

The only thing that I would've changed was the heating, I found the room cold with a small heater in corner to warm up.

Alessandro was really helpful and he did the best to make us feel comfortable in Florence, the room was clean and with all we need inside and in the best spot to go around and see Florence.

I didn’t like the heating, feel that is everywhere, if you want to sleep until late, for example 10:00 pm it is not possible because the clean boy is going around from at least 9:00, we understand that this has to be but I have to mention that! In my opinion you pay the location and not the room!! So you have to decide what you want!!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very comftable and clean. The bed was a great size and very comfortable! The host was very polite and easy to deal with. The location is amazing! Right in the center of Florence, you couldn't ask for a better location. The host also had a list of reccomended places to eat which is also a great idea. Everything was positive and we highly recommend staying here

The location is amazing! Alessandro was very accommodating and helpful with lots of tips. The place was in very good shape and very clean. We were so happy to use the washer and dryer while we stayed our 5 nights. We appreciated the breakfast that was included with our stay. They had a very typical buffet of food that was pretty good. We loved the little wine bar across the street, Osteria Nuvoli. We began and ended most of our nights there. I would highly recommend.

Might be nice to supply some utensils. could not find a knife or forks for a snack.

They were very friendly and reached out to us proactively when our arrival was delayed. The room was simple, but nice. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure for the shower. Despite being just one block from the Duomo, the room was extremely quiet and DARK when we closed the shutters.

The HOST, the ROOM, the BUILDING, the LOCATION. the Restaurant downstairs, the Osteria on oposite side of street.

Bed was that big, that I could sleep confortable with three girlfriends, but unfortunatelly two of them could not arrive to Florence :(

Location of the B&B was excellent. Close to everything and in a safe area. Room was was spacious, clean, modern and had all required essentials. The contact person on site was wonderful and did everything for my stay to be perfect. I would return there without question. Loved it!

Truly liked everything!

Florence was last a minute decision, taking the fast train from Milan. We cosider ourselves double-lucky when it comes to this accomodation! First, because we were able to book it on such a short notice, and second, it was the host, Alessandro, who went above and beyond with everything we asked. The location is excellent, it cannot get any better, you are steps away from everything!! I mean it, even going to the train station is walkable if you are traveling with light luggage. Alessandro has a beautifully curated list of bars and restaurants waiting for you, in your room, so you just need to choose the one you want to try. We tried a few and all were excellent. We arrived during the heat wave and we were so grateful to find cold water ( & prosecco) in the fridge. For the music and history lovers, the building where our room was has accommodated the great Mozart when he traveled to Florence (Firenze). Give it a try, to the city and this accommodation. You won't be disappointed.

We love everything about B&B Dell’Olio! The location is the best in Florence! The location is a 30 second walk to the main plaza in Florence. There are two restaurants right outside the entrance. The manager was absolutely amazing. Extremely clean and spacious. The Wi-Fi is faster than what I have at home. The breakfast voucher was for a restaurant less than a 1 minute walk. The food and cappuccino was simply the best!
