The space and convenience were great for the price! We felt safe and enjoyed the pool. The upstairs is very spacious however, the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were veey cramped. The kitchen was well supplied with what we needed and dishwasher worked great. There were no bikes like listed and the back deck was a bit rundown. We would have used the table if it had an umbrella to provide some shade. And lastly, there is a train that runs right behind the house. It is very loud and rumbles the whole house. It wakes you up in the middle of the night and very early in the morning. I dont feel like this was communicated at all. The beaches were close and nice to look at but apparently you dont swim in them due to bacteria. This i had questioned before we came and the owner stated she was unaware. I find that hard to believe. We also lost electricity for almost 2 days in the back yard ans bedroom due to a rain storm. When i messaged the owner and told her we couldnt get it to reset she said they would fix it after we left. This was not convenient to us at all. Overall it was a good vacation but it was a bunch of little things that were very disappointing.

We had a great stay at this beach rental in Gulfport. We loved the location which was a short walk to the beach. This unit is also next to the community pool which was nice. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials which allowed us to cook dinner multiple nights. A couple of downsides were that there were beach cruisers shown as an option which they were not. The major surprise that we did not expect was the proximity of the train tracks to this house. The train ran multiple times throughout the night and honked its horn. It literally shakes the house. Overall we had a great time here but you should know about the train before you decide to rent.

Even though I couldn’t see the ocean from the property it was close enough to walk there everyday. Yes the railroad tracks are close but they seemed to stop running after a certain time of night.

Where should I start!? Everything about the unit was top tier! The decor, the layout, the furnishings, etc. Everything needed was provided including pool accessories(floats, etc) as well as coal and lighter fluid for grilling. The property was clean and well kept, the only hick up was the door entrance code sent initially was incorrect but Mrs. Jude promptly re-sent the correct information and all was well! If noise is a pet peeve then you might be annoyed bc the walls are thin. The master bedroom was very spacious and cozy and included a day bed which is great if you need to keep an eye on a little one. Each room is accommodated with a private bathroom except the lower level room(the bathroom is directly across the hall). We were located directly beside the pool (YAY!!)which was clean and big enough to accommodate multiple people comfortably...definitely a WIN WIN! The gated entrance provided a sense of safety and security as a mother with small children that really meant a lot. Also the location is conveniently located near the beach and off of the main strip, Beach Blvd. We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be revisiting!

Nice rental. Enjoyed close proximity to the pool. I would say the beach is more than one block (which is advertised). We have a baby and toddler and drove after the first day. Condo was lacking several things that were advertised including 2 beach bikes, sand chairs and umbrella. Host was very prompt in communication. Had a real problem with cleaning company and initial check in but after that all was well

Great place to stay for a few days with a family of 6. Ages 4-11. Has everything we need and close to the beach.

The apartment was clean and as described. There were no bikes though. Location was wonderful. Not overcrowded. Kind people. My family and i enjoyed our weekend beach getaway very much!!!

There was a foul odor coming out of the water line by the fridge that was almost unbearable. Air fresheners had to be purchased to get through the night and the sheets in one of the beds were covered in hair. Rough experience overall.

My family really enjoyed our stay in Gulfport at this property. It was very close to the beach, which was walkable (even though we drove). It was close to restaurants, activities and other stuff. I wish we had known about the train track basically in the back yard. It ran several times a day and was loud. It didn't really bother us, but feel like something that we should have been told. The place was clean, though it did have an odd aroma. I thought it smelled like it was freshly painted, my wife thought something else, but couldn't put her finger on it. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would book it again. Great price, good amount of space, and a decent price compared to everywhere else we had looked.

The freight train right behind the property was not mentioned .No bicycles on property but mentioned in the listing. Bathroom towels were small and sub par. Lower level shower stall very slippery., my son slipped and fell in the shower.

The location of this property is great, close to the beach, stores and everything you need. Is this property perfect...No, but it definitely provides everything that you need while you are away from home. I would recommend and will visit again. Thank you.

Fun weekend and nice condo. Disappointed that pool was closed due to poor condition!

This property was a complete let down. For starters, when we pulled up the weeds were up to my knees and the pool was green. When we went inside the condo was not as pictured, couch stained, kitchen light missing bulbs and it was coming down from the ceiling, a piece of the laminate had fallen off the stairs and was laying on the floor. The charging dock had even been melted to the toaster oven. The pots and pans were not as pictured, they needed replacing badly. The fridge had dents in it that you noticed as you entered. The cleanliness was decent, could had been better. The curtains inside were falling apart from sun damage and the windows and doors were covered in greasy hand prints. The beautiful patio was a mess. Weeds were growing up through cracks and vines were climbing the fences. The bikes, forget it. The tires needed replacing, the patio and it's furnishings we're dirty. I was very disappointed in the condo and the community. The condo did not match the photos. This place needs a lot of work. I called customer service as the owner was away. I spent an hour of my vacation on the phone getting transfered around. I finally hung up with out speaking to someone that could help. The pool and the grass had not been addressed during our stay. I have photos. We won't be going back. ☹️

This property worked well for us, and had plenty of room for 5 adults to get ready for the day. Nice and close to the beach and the pool next door worked well on the one day the weather looked like it might storm. There was a wagon to help carry things to the beach which was very helpful as well! We would stay here again!

Location was great with just a short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and attractions. Jade is a wonderful host and, everything was clean, neat and comfortable. Having 3 full bathrooms was very nice. We will stay again.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. The location was great! The owner was so quick to communicate and get a small issue resolved when the power had went out in a storm. Yes, there are train tracks near, but it was not disruptive and didn't not wake us in the night. Love that the beach was just a very sorry distance away. We would highly recommend staying here.

We were in Biloxi for a cheer competition. This townhome was the PERFECT place - clean, easy to access, and very convenient to the venue for the competition. We will definitely be back!

The condo was very clean and the owner provided a lot of items, like dishwasher and laundry detergents! We enjoyed the pool next door!

The house was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. I did help out and change the A/C filter for them. When we first got there it seemed like the A/C was having a hard time keeping up. But when I pulled the filter down I knew why. It was way past due. The house is close to the beach and close to the store for needed supplies. We had a blast.

We were close to the places we needed to be. Extra bonus was we were only a block from beach and saw great 4th of July fireworks. Everything was great. Thanks.
