Working with Christine from Rowe House exceeded my expectations. The house was bigger, nicer than the photos even show. Christine graciously arranged for us to hold a 90th birthday party in the house due to a last minute cancellation from the scheduled venue. This was an event saver. The entire house was so lovely more bedrooms than we even needed, everything was clean and tasteful with all the accessories. Ping-pong table even in the bedroom was an unexpected delight. Because it rained like crazy indoor space was perfect and we didn't even need the outdoor space. I'd have to look hard for any negative: the Wi-Fi speed was pretty slow at about 10 MB per second , we couldn't really use the code for the lock/unlock but didn't really need to because we had someone there almost always. Also, we didn't have trash bags, which did not end up presenting a problem. Thank you so much Christine and team!

The property was within walking distance of restaurants and shops, had parking and a nice outdoor space, and was well stocked with supplies. The hosts were very easy to contact and responsive. The only thing to consider is that it is on a fairly busy street. We didn't notice at all during the day, but if you are sensitive to noise at night, it is something you should consider.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Only issue i had was that the garage is steep, therfore i scraped the bottom of my cars.

This house was wonderful for our group of employees to stay and be able to attend our nearby conference. Place was great, very spacious, and very clean! Would definitely stay again...thank you.

Wonderful experience overall. Location is close to a bunch of restaurants. Had to set up a separate login for the 'Hostfully' platform. It became a bit confusing who we were renting from (VRBO, Hostfully, Rowe Rentals)

This is the third different property we have stayed at with Rowe Rentals. Always awesome, always great communication.

Only issue is noise on Summit St, but not terrible. People in front room might consider ear plugs to sleep, but the pros far exceed cons on this property. The property manager is phenomenal. Accessible and helpful.
