The size of the room and location is excellent. Hotel is clean.

Breakfast is on the expensive side.

Le personnel de l’accueil n’était pas agréable. La piscine est très petit. Pas une belle vue. Ce n’était un standing pour un 5 étoile. Décevant.

Checkin staff very unaccommodating! 10:30 am arrival, room unavailable till3pm. When arrived in room, letter on bed about upcoming building works 7days prior. Obviously room unoccupied prior to me. Was only offered 30 min later check out than usual checkout when I had late evening flight. Very uncompassionate staff.

Muy bien ubicado, para los precios de Singapur buen tamaño de habitación y todo limpio.

It is a beautiful hotel in a great location .the gentleman at the taxi drop off pick up area was fantastic.

Some of the staff could do with some customer service training.

Insgesamt sehr schönes Hotel. Gute Lage zum MRT. Gutes Frühstück, wenn man asiatische Küche mag. Was bei uns der Fall war.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war schlecht. Es dauerte Tage (trotz zweimaligem Reparaturversuch) bis die Temperatur auf 23 Grad C war. Bettwäsche und Sessel fühlten sich immer feucht an. Die Lounge war immer zu kühl temperiert, sodass wir immer auf dem Balkon saßen.

Centrally located right next to the Raffles hotel, raffles mall and plenty of restaurants just across the road. Easy to get to from by bus.

No cafe after certain time. Cafe has minimal variety of snacks. Mostly pastry No a la carte breakfast menu for a small eater. $42 plus taxes for buffet breakfast is too much for some especially if two are eating. Only 2 x 500ml water supplied. That is mean!

Location is great, close to supermarket, bars and restaurants, room was comfortable and staff were friendly.

We have stayed there before but this time it was a little disappointing. The room looked a little tired and worn. Main restaurant and bar was closed which was disappointing and not shared on the hotel website. The check in staff were polite but didn’t share relevant information such as the day after we arrived was a public holiday hence more closing.

The check in staff was rude. breakfast for vegetarians was way below average

The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. It is located across Chijmes dinning center and shopping centers and small shops. If you prefer walking, you can access a lot of the important spots easily.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the room I stayed in. I chose the cheapest type room expecting the least but got a very spacious room with amazing city view. Staff are so nice and the room is so neat and clean. I will definitely be back!!!!!

Dobre położenie hotelu oraz czysty i świetnie wyposażony pokój.

La ubicación es muy buena, es céntrico y se puede llegar a varios puntos turísticos desde el hotel, igualmente hay una parada del autobus turístico muy cercana para recorrer la ciudad.

Si bien el personal en general fue amable, particularmente el concierge de afuera (que era hindú) fue bastante grosero con nosotros, parece que no le gusta recibir instrucciones de mujeres, ya que mi prime le solicito un taxi y de manera muy agresiva le dijo que no, hasta que hablamos con el congierge que estaba a un costado de recepción fue que logramos algo tan simple.

搭計程車下車時，服務人員只有幫我開車門就走了，但是沒有注意到後車廂有行李，結果是我們自己搬下來，美中不足，有點可惜
