Its great location.

Reception was not always staffed. When we arrived late for our check-in at 11:30pm, there was no one at the reception to check us in. Instead, there was a phone number for us to call. There was a sign saying that the night shift was cancelled. Being a small hotel, probably 50 rooms total, one cannot expect that them to have the same level of staff as a 500 room hotel, but some of the staff were pretty amateurish in their behavior.

Sehr zentral gelegen, in U-Bahn Nähe. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, schönes Bad. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich.

Der Frühstücksraum ist relativ klein für so viele Zimmer. Da entstehen schonmal Wartezeiten. Und es ist sehr laut.

The location is perfect. Everything is close and you can go back anytime to rest and continue you journey that how the location is perfect. The staff are very helpful. The room was clean. Elevator with card for safety

Położenie, komfortowe łóżko.

Fatalne wygłuszenie okna. Wrażenie że się mieszka na ulicy. Od tej strony hałasy, zwłaszcza nad ranem, głośne rozmowy, krzyki, itp. Dodatkowo budowa na placu obok wraz z całodziennym młotem do burzenia betonu. Niemiły zapach z toalety - pewno problemy z kanalizacją.

Located walking distance from the Gran Via.

The streets around the property and the hotel are under construction. The lobby looks bad.

The hotel is located in the center of Mafrid, two blocks from Puerta del Sol. Very nice installations, rooms are modern and quiet even in the center of the city.

Grate Hotel we were upgraded to a larger room perfectly positioned great breakfast we can't say anything negative about this hotel we stay here 3 to 4 times a year

Modern rooms, excellent location in walking distance to main squares, shops, restaurants etc. Main museums and palace are also 15-20 mins walking distance.

Parts of the hotel were under construction, as well as the area next to the hotel. Other than that it was perfect.

It was a very big spacious room in a great location. The staff were helpful.

The room faced the inner courtyard & was very very dark even with the lights on.

The location is ideal if you are looking to stay in the center. Hotel is modern and undergoing an upgrade. Room for solo travelers are good and quiet

Second stay here and I can say that Staff are a bit of “hit and miss”, some are friendly and welcoming ( the restaurant staff in particular) others ( in particular the staff at the reception) are border line rude (I am fluent in Spanish so nothing is “lost in translation”)

The restaurant nearby was very nice. The hotel was otherwise not terribly impressive.

Room size.

Amazing location - I walked everywhere (except the airport!). Very close to Sol metro station, though, so very convenient. The room was excellent and clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I wish there was a coffee/tea machine in the room, but I was able to get hot water from the restaurant free of charge whenever I wanted it.

Location and standard of the hotel

When checking out and paying for my stay the hotel's WiFi was not performing to the standard you would expect from a four star hotel resulting in me not being able to use my zero card which doesn't incur additional charges. This resulted in my bill being increased by £19.00 as the hotel was only able to use my debit card! Very annoying.
