موقع الفندق قريب منه ايدجوار رود ومطاعم وكافيهات واكسفورد ستريت يبعد نص ساعة تقريبا مشي وبريمارك وامامه ماركت بسيط ومسجد ويوجد الهايد بارك قريب مشي ربع ساعة تقريبا - تنظيف الغرف جيد - يوجد شطاف بالحمام بالغرفة التي تم حجزها- لديهم خدمة تخزين الأمتعة لحين الخروج والدخول مجانية -نظافة الفندق - أصنفه فندق اقتصادي 3/5

صغر الغرف لاتكفي نفرين واللي عنده شنط كثيرة - موظفين الرسبشن غير مرحبين معنا شكله على حسب الجنسية حسب ماشفت - لايوجد لاونج أو مرافق ترفيهية- لايوجد احترازات أمنية عند مدخل الفندق خصوصا أنه على الشارع - التكلفة مقابل الخدمات - التكيف غير بارد لكن مو مشكلة بوقت زيارتي لأنه الجو كان حلو فيوجد شرفة - لايوجد الامصعد واحد وزحمة وبطيء- تم الدخول لغرفتي والتنظيف بدون علمي وبدون السماح لهم بذلك وترك الباب غير مقفل - لايتم توفير سليبر بالغرفة-تسجيل الدخول متأخر والخروج بدري-الممرات ضيقة - مافي خدمة حمل الحقائب سواء دخول أو خروج

Goede locatie, prima ontbijt, vriendelijke mensen Prima kamer, schoon en netjes, veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt, trein/ metro vrijwel om de hoek. Wij waren hier voor een bezoek van 5 dagen

Als je van een goede nachtrust houd neem geen kamer aan de straatkant, dit is erg gehorig, des ondanks prima geslapen

Location good, room was cleaned to a good standard, bathroom was good and shower was excellent.

Executive double room is described as spacious so I paid a lot extra but it was very very small and photo on booking.com and on the hotel website was very misleading and almost false advertising.

The staff (especially reception!) were brilliant. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.

Modernes Zimmer, Grösse komfortabel, Sauberkeit sehr gut, Lage perfekt: 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Paddington, div. ÖV in unmittelbarer Nähe, Hyde-Park knapp 15 Gehminuten entfernt

Ziemlich verschachteltes Hotel. Zimmertüren können nicht lautlos geschlossen werden. Frühstück ok, man wird locker satt, preislich aber eher hoch.

Prima kamers. Dicht bij metro.

Verwarming, bij aankomst veel te heet. Daarnaast verwarming door personeel open gedraaid waardoor het bij terugkomst 26 graden was.

Room was next to the lift/elevator and super noisy. The bar staff were very rude upon arrival, which was an unpleasant experience.

- rooms are very very small on the first floor even though they all are the same criteria - i stayed for one week they cleaned my room once only - i found vomit in front of my doorstep

Breakfast was amazing, location is perfect due to nearby Paddington station. Room was small as expected in London but very clean.

Elevators and rooms are pretty small.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was great and accommodating.

There is very little room to move about in the toilet and closing the door can be quite a performance.

We were sold a room that had space and sofa and bed etc in and then given a box room. When called to say we don’t believe we have been given the same room we were informed we booked. They informed us we have been given the correct room they used the wrong picture to sell to us.

The assigned Double Room is so small that we can only open the luggage just behind the door.

Location was good to explore London etc. Very close to Paddington Station. Room was small despite an upgrade to a better room we had paid for previously. We found the staff to not be very helpful at all with assistance with baggage or giving some advice re location of certain things to see such as Lords Cricket Ground.

Good central location being around 10 mins from Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Nice friendly & helpful staff. The room was very well appointed with good facilities. A good breakfast selection that was regularly refilled.

The room was on the lower ground floor and unfortunately the ‘view’ from the window was of overflowing bins. Also, there was some building work taking place on the same floor - not a big problem but was unaware of this until the builders started work and trailing cables were across the corridor. It appeared to be that some toilets were being worked on and as a result there was a reasonable odour outside the room.

The bathroom was modern and beautiful, but very very small. Hard to open and close the door. Tight fit for my tall family!

The bed was sinking in the middle, mattress needs to be replaced. Headboard and chair were showing time and were peeling. The worst part was front desk staff. We requested to have the breakfast packed as we needed to leave a few minutes before the opening but they declined. I asked for a refund and they declined too. I don’t think it’s too hard to put a couple of muffins and make two coffees to go. That would have been enough for us but staff was rude and did not offer any solutions. For this reason I would not go back to this hotel. I also booked it because I had a very good offer with booking but this hotel is way overpriced.
