Great full english, great staff and management.would stay again

Location is a bit rural.

right next to a restaurant nice room, not too hot! comfy bed! slept better than I have in the likes of premier inn.

could’ve done with more sachets of milk, I’m sure I could’ve asked had I arrived earlier

I had no hot water and had to have. A freezing cold shower after a 4 hour drive down for a wedding. Staff were rude. Very short staffed. Took nearly half an hour to get checked into the room. When I spoke to the manager in the morning about the hot water. He said “well what du expect me to do about it” had to ask for some sort of refund which he did begrudgingly process

I wasn't expecting much but still felt the price was a little high for how dated the room was. everything was a bit tired, smelt a bit damp, floor was a bit grubby.

Helpful staff, excellent breakfasts, clean and tidy, comfortable bed and a powerful shower. All in all good value, excellent location and understated efficiency.

Later bar opening perhaps.

Restaurant closed at 8 pm Bar closed at 9-30 pm Staff not always available on reception and in bar Cobwebs, peeling wallpaper and tatty furniture in room. Not clean For £75 totally overpriced

Room we're very spacious for the cost, but in need of a good make over and repairs carried out. Beds are small only doubles. No phone signal to speak of. But the WiFi was great, and free

opened the door to room and not a very fresh smell thought they were ready for halloween with so many cob webs and spiders pubic hairs in bath shower curtain absolutely disgusting dust everywhere stains on net curtains tissue down back of bed towels were not clean and not changed would never stay here again this has been our worst experience ever grouting on bathroom floor disintegrated not a lot to say our bin was not emptied in room and towels were not changed i think they need to employ some housekeeping staff

The room smelt musty when we arrived and we opened the balcony door for some fresh air the room and furniture was tired including the bathroom although the bed was comfortable

Great place , had a wonderful meal , staff friendly and very helpful

Really noisey tenets In the garden at Front of rooms till 3 in morning partying keeping us all awake

I travel for Business and this was my second visit and my stay was even better than my 1st one. When booking in the staff recognised me from my previous trip and seemed genuinely happy to see me. On my first visit I left a review that I disappointed on them opening late for breakfast and me missing it but the Owner remembered my review and personally apologised, I think is terrific that the owner himself takes the time to read every review and try and make changes/recommendations where needed. It shows you how much pride he take in his business! Also still happy that the room and bathroom was very clean and a comfortable room for Business travels!

Place was dirty Considering covid it was a disgrace . Suggest you drop it from your clientele
