location is not good for who wants to go to Messe. And during Ambiente the breakfast is not included which is extra and needed to pay around eur 23, super high! there is no king size beds, they just gave you two beds have been put next to each other.

Very close to Frankfurt airport. Had to book it last minute due to flight cancellation. Staff was helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. Beds were clean and comfy.

Freundlicher Empfang, zügiger Check-Inn , komfortable Betten, insgesamt saubere Zimmer, Parkhaus direkt daneben.

Man muss mit Fluglärm rechnen früh morgens , oder Ohropax hilft.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut da es ein Sporthotel gibt es sehr gute Auswahl

We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child, on arriving and booking into our room at a very late hour (2 am) after a 5 and a half hour drive we were confronted with only 2 single beds pushed together with 2 duvets and 2 pillows to sleep the 3 of us which led to a very uncomfortable 1st night's sleep for the 3 of us. When enquiring as to where our 3rd bed was the staff informed us that management had made a decision due to there being an event that all children under 8 will have to share beds with their parents which then led ti a 2nd nights uncomfortable sleep then followed by another 5 and a half hours return drive. No notice was given to us about the decision before hand and the hotel was well aware of the event happening as we had booked our tickets for it and the hotel well in advance not acceptable I'm affraid for this reason I would like a partial refund as my booking was altered with no notice

The location was good because we were going to a concert at the arena right beside it. Unfortunately that was the only good thing about this place. Staying here was a compromise for the event.

Value of money- It cost us around 315€ for one night, when it definitely is not worth more than 90€. Air conditioning was very weak.

This was a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight. I was grateful to find a room as there were many people looking for accommodation. Booking was easy on my phone and check in was quick. I was happy that there was the option to purchase late check out as we arrived just before midnight and our rescheduled flight was not scheduled to depart until the next afternoon. The breakfast was delicious - a really good assortment of hot and cold foods and a variety of drinks - definitely a highlight :)

I was surprised to enter a room with 2 single beds as I had booked a king. When I phoned down to the front desk they said the hotel did not have any beds other than single and that they could be pushed together. I had also booked the more expensive room because I wanted a kettle and there was not one in the room. Kindly the front desk employee brought one up to me.

We were there for the Harry Styles concert at the stadium right next door. Loved how we could walk to and from the concert in just minutes!

I really liked the breakfest, because it had a great and different choices of all kinds of food. It was refreshing, and also I loved the ability to have dinner and lunch when you like it, if you want - great, if you don't - don't. You can pay for lunch and dinner anytime. Hotel was very beautiful, peaceful.. and due to the fact that the airport is close, sound isolation of rooms is also great! Also, hotel is amazingly connected with the airport (only 2 train stops) and also with the city centre (also 2 train stops in other dirrection. Enviroment is peaceful, full of nature, and the staff is really nice and great!

I would like if the hotel could be flexible for dinner after the big event near is finished. A lot of people came back to the hotel around 10pm, after event at the stadium, and the kitchen was unfortunately closed, although it is written that it works until 10 30pm. It would be great if the kitchen staff could work a bit longer after the big event at the stadium (concerts, football game) or if it is possible for some nice food snacks to be available. The rest is really great! This is just proposition :) If it's not possible, nevermind, experience there was really awesome!
