The Villa 26 was everything we could of wanted and more. Tracey the owner was such a good guy so helpful above and beyond. And the property Manager Jack was a class act So incredibly helpful our while group all for of us all agreed that he was the best most helpful real and genuine guy. We all agreed that if he ever came to our towns Las Vegas, and Long Island that we would gladly take care of this man. What ever he needs cause that is how he treated us. I wish that Jack would be at every location we go to on our annual trip he just makes it a better experience. Thanks Jack

Perfect for a relaxing time and the accommodations were right on point.

I loved every bit of this villa and so did my villa mates! It was the perfect choice for my 30th birthday and first time in Sosua ! The open lay out makes it perfect for entertaining guests. The sound system fills the entire house nicely. The pool goes to about 6 feet deep which is very nice on those hot days you jump right in. Also the view from the pool looking out at the ocean is beautiful! The kitchen is fully stocked! We had guest's cook us a meal the last night. We only purchased food everything they needed was there for them to cook us a amazing dominican meal. I have no complaints about this villa, Jack, the property manager was really helpful getting us started our first day. The maid was nice and trust worthy. Oh yea, the outdoor shower was amazing too. I can go on and on about this place. I can see my self returning to this villa in the future maybe for years to come!

The villa was just as pictured which brought immediate comfort when first arriving. The chef Nene is amazing if you do decide to hire here as she is flexible, very creative, but most of all caring of making sure the meal comes as you asked. The property manager on site Jack was also very helpful with getting around Sosua and providing activity suggestions. Overall a great experience.

I booked this stay for my husband and his friends as a surprise gift for my husband, Tracey was beyonddddd helpful in assisting me with this. Although I wasn't there to physically see it, the pictures and raving I got from my husband (who barely raves about anything LOL) and his buddies made me very happy to know that I did good by booking this place. From the pics sent to me during their trip, these pictures don't even do the place justice. My husband has already confirmed from now on this needs to be the place they/we book everytime. This property was perfect. The pictures were accurate and all amenities were as described. The neighborhood is very well kept and they have 24 hr security at the front gate. In addition, the liason (JACK) was extremely knowledgeable of the area and was able to provide insight about many things on the island. He was able to set us up with a vehicle and facilitated an excursion trip as well. The home was everything we were looking for and more, add Jack into the equation and you have a vacation with no worries.

Awesome villa - perfect for a vacation to Dominican Republic. The staff is amazing, everyone is very helpful and courteous, just be sure to brush up on your Spanish before visiting. The beaches and bars are all a short walk from the villa, which is extremely convenient. We also felt very safe. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time at this residence. The house was beautiful, the chef was AMAZING, and the location was Perfect. Tracey was very receptive and always responded in a timely manner. Jack was very helpful, and always made sure our stay was enjoyable. Nene cooked some amazing food, I miss her till this day! cant wait to return!

There's nothing bad I can say about this villa except when I had to leave. The location is close to everything you need beach, supermarket, and nightlife. If you want to relax in the villa there's plenty do. You relax in the jacuzzi or take swim in the pool or watch a movie on the big screen. The staff is great. They are a phone call away to assist you.. As long as there's availability I will be staying there.

Just returned home from a 5 day stay at villa 26. This house is BEAUTIFUL!! Everything from the second we walked up the steps was breathtaking. We stayed 7 of us in the house and there was more than enough space for everyone. The maids were so friendly and nice, they actually took time to introduce themselves to each of us. I left 5000 pesos on my bed and the maid came out and called me to pick it up and put it away before she made up my bed. We left everything out in the open and did not encounter any issues. Security was available all night although We never needed him, they are very friendly and attentative. The management staff was very friendly and organized. We never had to wait more than 2 minutes for any service calls we placed. This property is a 4 minute walk from the beach and the main strip, we actually found a short cut that took about 2 minutes to the beach. You are in the heart of everything don't go by what the map says. This was an amazing experience and we will be coming back soon.

I have stayed multiple times at this particular Villa which is situated in the heart of Sosua's beach community. I am always impressed with how well maintained and clean this property is at every single visit. The maintenance staff and maid crew was super friendly and always helpful to ensure a pleasurable experience and stay. The recently installed Jacuzzi tube is quite the stress reliever after a long day of site seeing and excursions of nearby beaches such as Sosua and Cabarete Playa's. I will continue to stay at this property as the owner is very responsive and professional which creates the total elevated vacation experience. Great Job Villa 26

Bottom line.... THIS VILLA IS FANTASTIC and will have you wanting to stay again!!! I have stayed at several villas in the Dominican Republic and this is by far the BEST!!! The property is well built to accommodate a get away for friends, couples, and families. Regardless of who stays in the villa they are guaranteed to have a fantastic stay. There are so many great things to say about this property I don't know where to begin. I will first say, the owner is extremely responsive to arrangements and problems you may have with the property. I have dealt with the property owner for about 4 or 5 years and have total respect for his properties and the way he conducts business. The property staff are also extremely honest and ready to assist you in your needs. I express the honesty portion because my friend had left $300 dollars in his pocket by mistake when he ask the maid to wash his clothes and she returned every penny... (He also gave her a big tip) For me promptness and service is extremely important when dealing with a property overseas. As for the property, My words probably won't give the property the true justice it deserves; however, if you chose to not read the whole review, you will not be making a bad choice on this property. there is a fantastic view of the ocean from any point in the front of the property. The pool area also has a jacuzzi and pool house with a large screen TV and multiple entertainment systems. There is an area to BBQ on the property as well. The common area has a serious entertainment system with a very large wall mounted TV Not sure but it looks 72+ inches or so and serious sound system with working cable and phone connectivity to the states. The kitchen has everything you need to entertain, cook, or just chill. As for the bedrooms, the master bedroom is a palace suite!!! It has an indoor and outdoor shower, and a separate entertainment system. There is another bedroom with a separate shower and cable TV as well and two smaller bedrooms that share a bathroom. We definitely will be making a reservation next year for the same villa!!! As for the Sosua Area, there are several things to do in the immediate area, Puerto Plata, and Cabarete. We usually come to Sosua to visit many of our local friends, relax at the beach, bar hop, and relax at the pool. If you are not into that, The owners welcome package will provide you other options that are more family friendly. Enjoy your stay!

Loved this house and location. Very nice community and very close to all the beaches, shops and food locations. Pool was a nice bonus as well. Luxury stay for sure.

In my years of travels, staying at different hotels, resorts and villas this villa by far was the Best! Of our seven day stay each day got better than the next. The beautiful view from my bedroom or looking from the pool area was just a gorgeous view. The property was always clean and well stocked. The Chefs NaeNae and Janet cooked and served delicious meals from breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was nothing prepared I didn't eat everything off my plate! :-) Pedicures, manicures and massages were made available to us right on the premises. Went with friends to Ziplinning and the Monkey Jungle and "WATCHED" them experience something new. Lol Also visited the Jewish Museum which was near our villa. Had a relaxed afternoon on a private beach as well. Will be looking forward to eating at the Bourbon Restaurant with a gorgeous view of the beach. Thank you Tracey for providing a beautiful stay and literally getting pampered and must needed relaxation. Everyone affiliated with this villa was nice, friendly and very hospitable . I would recommend and refer this property to family and friends. And definitely will be coming back!

Villa 26 is the best place I have stayed on vacation! The villa was very clean and well maintained. The listing description was accurate regarding the location, amenities, and customer service. Tracey is the best customer service professional I have met. I worked in customer service for years. I know good service when I see it and hear it! I will stay here again when I am in the DR. Nae-Nae is the best. The best food ever.The activities, attraction, and restaurants that Tracey suggested were excellent. I really enjoyed the monkey jungle. I would recommend this Villa to family,friends, and anyone who is visiting the DR. Thanks for giving me the memories that will last a lifetime.

Wow boy ohhh boy words can't describe how beautiful and excellent this marvel of a villa this is!! From its always excellent upkeep down to just the regular upgrades and additions jacuzzi and electronic safes. This is my second time staying here and I couldn't feel more at home and comfortable. All the photos along with everything listed is accurate, actually better in person. Everything is walking distance and I couldn't have felt any safer Simply put I LOVE THIS VILLA!!! Gotta love this unit. Quiet, peaceful, secure are words that come to mind. There's no where I prefer to stay . Housekeeping daily. Excellent security. Owner accessible and responds to any concerns immediately during your stay. I can't wait to go back!!!!

What a beautiful villa! We loved the villa the moment we walked up the step. Well maintained landscape. A breath taking view of the ocean. A large pool/hot tub. Not to mention the covered patio! We enjoyed every meal outside, Indoor/outdoor living at it's best. The home was very spacious, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there was more than enough room for our group of 6. The villa is decorated so nice and the whole place was super clean. We enjoyed watching movie on the big screen before bed each night. The best part was having a cook and maid! our whole stay. Our cook Nay-Nay, out did herself each meal. Both the cook and maid was extremely friendly and accommodating. I wish I could bring them both back home with me. The owner was super nice and went out of his way to make our trip extra special. All the activities and restaurants he recommend, will be revisited the next time we come to the DR. We have already recommend this property to our friends. We plan on making this our home away from home. Our paradise villa!

Top notch service from the time we stepped on the property. The Villa was clean and housekeeping kept it this way. The location was perfect within walking distance to ALL the action. Thanks to this Villa, i've now been pegged to plan all future trips for my friends. It was great. Very clean. Maids were very nice. What we loved was that it was great for entertaining and relaxing. Everything was within walking distance and security in the community was excellent. If you have the opportunity to get the Chef, NeNe, do so. She's extremely nice. By the end, we all but offered that woman a plane ticket back to the states with us. That's how good the food was. Doing business with Tracey was also a plus. He was accomodating, responsive and very professional. I kid you not, every single one of my friends wants to go back as soon as possible and we all want to stay again at "Heaven 26" - as we nicknamed it. LOL.

This place is absolutely awesome!!! Everything you look for in a home away from home...top notch inside and out. We had more entertainment than we knew what to do with...which was great! There was never a dull moment while at the villa...whether it was lounging around the pool or taking at vantage of the movie theater located in its only little space. Tracey, the owner was great...very professional and courteous throughout the whole reservation process. The property manager JoAnna took care of us upon arrival. I have stayed at three other villas in Residential Hispaniola...this villa is by far at the TOP of my list for future stays. Thanks again Tracey.

We stayed in this villa for 15 wonderful days! We liked everything about it- the pool, bedrooms, livingroom, bathrooms and the nice view and it felt safe and was close to beach and town- a nice 10-15 min walk is needed anyway.We were to families together travelling all the way from Norway and we enjoyed the heat, sun, clear water and nice restaurants. We are very thankful to the very nice maid- Franchesca- she was so caring and took care of the house perfect! The cook we anly had for 1 day, but she was doing a very good job! The only thing missing: more stuff in the kitchen: glasses, plates etc.... a little too little- we wnt to buy som winegasses- no vacation without som nice wine and tastes better in real glasses! We would love to come again Tracey! You did good service and we just cross our fingers the airfares from Norway to the DR will be worth going again!

I must say that my friends and I had a great time at this villa. It was exactly how it was described on this site and looks much better than the pictures shows. Tracy was really helpful when it came to booking the villa. she is a real professional. I must recommend the chef, her cooking was first class and the maid service was excellent. I will most certainly be renting this villa again next time am on holiday in Sosua. Also the villa is perfectly situated close to restaurants and bars and had excellent security so we felt safe at all times while at the villa.

The entire stay was great, from the initial communication with Tracey until the point we had to check out. The pictures are exactly as advertised, the house was clean, everything was in working order and the location was superb! I am a frequently traveler and this was one of my best experiences. I will certain do business with Tracey again and highly recommend that anyone spend their money, time and energy renting this property!

I cannot say enough about this villa and Tracey( the owner). 5 stars all through out and awesome price. Tracey took care of us from transportation to chef. This was our first time in Sosua ( party central), and it was one for the ages. The villa is as advertised. Super clean, spacious, and has breath taking views. The chef NENE was amazingggg. Highly recommend the chef. She cooks all kinds of food and even INDIAN food, which we showed her how to. The villa is located perfectly not to far from all the action. The beach is near, the bank is near, the clubs and food is near. Also, if you want to use transportation and a person who can take your around, I recommend ROSARIO Taxiservice. Rosario will handle everything, I mean everything. Thank you Tracey for a memorable time and will return, promise.
