Lovely place, we will certainly be back for longer next time. Hosts were AMAZING! Especially as we had to leave very abruptly! Breakfast was superb, thank you so much for your hospitality.

I had to leave early before formal breakfast, but they very kindly put sandwiches and cereal in my fridge the night before.

Night away for a concert at princess theatre. Extremely welcoming hosts. Upgraded our room for free. Excellent breakfast. Great choices. Brilliant location. 10 mins walk from everything. Perfect. Very clean. Nd thoughtful details like free ear plugs. Chocolates. Biscuits. Bottles of water and shower gels.

This is really a great treasure to find ... it's all about the guest experience, friendly, homely, inviting and with a fabulous banquet of a breakfast. Highly recommended.

a bit of traffic noise but we were left ear plugs !!!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff, excelkent attention to detail.

Had a room at the top the building with 57 stairs to climb. However appreciate that the building did not lend itself to a lift. It did not bother us but it would be a good idea to mention in this as it could prove a problem for some.

We had a lovely welcome from Sharon and Mandy ,the location was ideal was close to the beach and a short leisurely walk to the marina .Breakfast was exceptional with all the various food on offer and cooked deliciously by Mandy .

Comfortable and clean with excellent hosts. Pretty fresh flowers around and other little touches like a mini fridge, that make you feel comfortable and at home. Did not hear any other guests our room was on top floor. Great choice of freshly cooked breakfast choices plus fruit, yogurt, cereals, toast. Plenty of hot water good shower pressure. Lovely hard working ladies who are friendly but also give you privacy. Short walk to buses, trains and shops, seafront and attractions.

Hosts Mandy & Sharon really made our stay giving us advice on where to visit and travel by Bus instead of taking the car. They were super friendly and so kind giving us the extra touches in our room from bottles of water daily and chocolates & biscuits replenished too! Even had ear plugs if we needed them. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing also 😋

The shower was slightly on the small side especially for taller & wider people.

Lovely rooms comfy bed and breakfast is good .

Sharon & Mandy were so welcoming and gave us tips of where to visit and eat. There was a variety of breakfast choices and the English breakfast was so filling and tasted great!!

Freshly cooked quality breakfast with lots of cereal and fruit selections too. Friendly hosts.Location was a short stroll to the seafront and the harbour.Room was lovely with very comfortable bed and very clean.

Fabulous owners who obviously love what they do. The breakfast was fantastic and the location close to amenities. The rooms we used were spotless and well maintained.
