Great location close to amenities.

Air conditioning is cranked up too high. I had the same problem when I stayed at this hotel last year and stupidly forgot how uncomfortable our stay was that time. This time, just like the last, we asked hotel staff to help us regulate the temperature or turn off AC completely. Eventually, they sent someone over and he did some work outside which lasted until we left the room. By the time we came back the room had turned too cold again. Tweaking the temperature controls inside the room appeared to have no effect at all. I will never come back to this hotel ever again.

Buffetauswahl, insbesondere die japanischen Spezialitäten (Miso, Sushi, tamago, etc und auch die authentisch Thailändischen Variationen) nebst der klassischen. Das Kokoseis ist der Hammer, mega lecker...wie auch der japanische Reispudding mit Mange - zum niederknien ;-) Auch die Abendkarte mit Wagyufleisch etc phänomenal. Die Poolanlage war auch nett hergerichtet, sauber und mit Atmoshpäre

Tipp: Haferflocken habe ich lediglich vermisst

Very well organised menus and covid safe arrangements for dining in the restaurant. Staff extremely efficient and welcoming. Rooms were immaculately cleaned daily.

No complaints, the stay was excellent, and the staff were excellent ... from check-in to check-out.
