The staff were kind and friendly and accommodating. The room was simple, clean and the beds were comfy. It’s what you would expect for the price. The £6 breakfast was great.

Pillows were awful!

Smart, newly-decorated bedroom and ensuite. Equipped with kettle, fridge, microwave, table and chairs, although we didn't actually use these. Twenty-five minutes' drive to the centre of Bristol.

Bedroom a little small. Walls are very thin, so TV and voices could be heard from the next room, even up to 3:00am.

Room was fairly clean

Too noisy with resident guests in rooms loud TV's and thin walls. Nursing staff (i think) to support them very loud on phones. Medical equipment compressors very loud.

In a great location

They need to clean the entrance. The entrance is very untidy full of grass

The landlady was very pleasant, would recommend for an overnight stay. Convenient location, close to the train station.Room was clean and comfortable.

The smell of smoke

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. TV, WiFi etc. all worked. Tea/Coffee making was available in the room. The room also had a microwave and small fridge. In lieu of a table there was a drop leaf on one wall and a couple of folding chairs. Turning right out of the door there is a small row of shops nearby including takeaway fast food. There is a pub next door.

The parking was right next to the place, the rooms are ensuite.

The place smells, it is filled with the musty smell of cigarettes. They don't make up the rooms. The firealarm went off and the staff did not know what to do.
