This hotel is incredible. We loved the breakfast buffet (the best we have had at any hotel)! The staff were very friendly and helpful and would greet us by name. They were kind to our kids and made them feel welcome as well. The pool area and gym were great and the rooms were lovely.

The property is wonderful but if I had to pick out some negatives, they would be that they didn’t give us adjacent rooms for us and our children even though we requested it when we booked a couple of months ago. And the beds slept a little too hot. But really we loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Park Royal Hotel in Singapore! The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Brent from the Philippines the bellboy . who went above and beyond to recommend fantastic local attractions. His tips made our trip betterr . He was really nice , accommodating, such hospitality we got from him . It was really not customary to tip but i do regret till now that we didn’t leave him anything cus we didn’t want to look rude but BRENT YOURE AMAZING! The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained. One highlight was their thoughtful amenities like complimentary charger bricks and plenty of sockets in the rooms, so you never have to worry about running out of battery. Another cool feature was the automatic blinds that you can easily control with a button. also they provided me with a purifier as requested because i am asthmatic. I really really appreciate that.

The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained. Our only minor suggestions would be to consider heating the pool as it was quite cold, which would make it more enjoyable. Also, while the breakfast was tasty, it didn’t change throughout our week-long stay. it’s worth noting that the windows are quite visible to neighboring rooms, so be mindful of the posted window cleaning hours. We learned the hard way and saw some unexpected sights hahaha Remember to close the blinds during those hours, especially in the morning. The last photo was a guy that almost gave me a heart attack cus i didn’t know they clean during those hours hahaha

Localisation pratique, accueil empathique, personnel sympathique, efficace et à l'écoute, design sublime, propreté nickel, qualité des prestations et des repas délicieux, confort de la chambre, professionnalisme de la conciergerie (Fadz), efficience du service en salle (Cindy), ambiance ravissante, etc ...

Vue restreinte sur la ville et peu sympathique sur les immeubles de bureau aux alentours. Un effort sur le prix (chambre, repas, petit-déjeuner, cocktails ...) serait un vrai plus pour passer à 10/10 ...

Beautiful hotel with gardens everywhere, felt like you could be in a tropical island. Super calm and relaxing, barely saw any other guests while moving around the hotel. Swimming pool is small but never felt packed or busy. Amazing staff, always ready to help! Had food poisoning the night before check out and they very kindly allowed us to stay a couple of extra hours.

The hotel is situated straight in the heart of the China Town. Very close to all the popular objectives. It is well maintained and the staff is helpful beyond any standards! Well done!

Super quiet rooms, with nice pool for the end of the (hot) day. Great location for china town and lots of local restaurants. We were upgraded to a suite, which for a family of 3 was ideal.

Buffet breakfast was vast, but a little repetitive after a few days.

Location, staff and rooom

The constant music everywhere, really irritating having it at breakfast, by the pool and in the general areas. Didn’t make it a relaxing environment at all. Also the pool area was pretty awful. Too small for numbers of people. Not enough seating - was full when we went up there. clamouring for seats was unpleasant. Massive inflatable cushions in pool took up most of the swimming space and kids playing and splashing on them ruined any chance of enjoying a swim.

Location of the Hotel is great The swimming pool is very nice Gym is also a good size Buffet offering is wide and gives many options, the breakfast times for the weekend is also great as its open until 11am, weekdays only 10.30am

The elevator noise as our bedroom 1123 was close to the bedroom and we could hear it very loudly during the rush hour times… early morning and late at night The breakfast team really rushed us sometimes to get out and they kept clearing our plates while we were at the buffet or getting a coffee Lastly the drinks served at the lime bar were not great. We had two classical cocktails for about 36 SDollar and they tasted not great and just seem to have sugar syrup and ice in them.

The hotel staff were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The room was wonderful, light, great bathroom space and a good view - the pool was lovely, great view and appropriate opening times. The gym/fitness room was also a great addition. Then the location was directly between two tube stations both of which had connections to different lines and it was walking distance to a lot of local areas

I would say the channels on offer left a little to be desired on the TV but that was my only minor niggle and that's if I was looking for something wrong.
