The location is very good as its close to a lot of restaurant and the massage shop close very late if you plan to relax your body after a long day shopping.

I'm staying at G Floor which our room is just next to the street.

The only good things about the hotel was the location and the superb customer service.

The family room was in a really bad shape - the room was very old with dirty walls, floor and ceiling. To top it all, the beddings and towels were all dirty - it looked like they were not changed or not cleaned properly. We had to thoroughly check and request for a set of clean beddings and towels twice. Had it not been Chinese New Year where all decent hotels were booked, we would have moved out already.

Good location to get food and shopping

The male night shift staff was rude, the aircon was faulty and the did nothing to it. I have to sleep in the heat.

Needs some work. Water stains on the ceiling and mould around the grout in the shower.

Simple hotel. The price is good. Small room for the night.

1. Cleanliness of the room & lobby - The exterior of the hotel looks tiny and a little rundown, but the inside was all nice and clean, especially the room&bathroom. 2. Neighborhood - lots of eateries - There're tons of little eateries on the street where the food is quite cheap and stay open late. 3. Friendliness of the staff - Interacted with three different front desk staff and they were all very kind and helpful. 4. Room Size - As for this, depending on your standards, you might not agree, but based on my experience, the room was relatively larger than most hotel rooms I stayed at in Singapore for a similar rate. And again, it was very clean.

1. Location - I chose this hotel, mainly cos it seemed like a very easy walk from Bugis station. Distance-wise it was. But the hectic intersections and streets in between made it a little difficult to get to the hotel and compared to the distance, the walk felt tiring. 2. Bathroom - While it was clean, the shower area didn't have a full divider to completely keep water from the shower from getting into the other part of the bathroom so after each shower the whole floor of the bathroom got too wet .

really liked the outdoor jacuzzi and how comfy the room was, even though it was smaller than expected

the fridge was really small and it would be nice if there was a tray provided for people to place their food when eating in bed. although there is a table, it was a very awkward position to be using it while trying to watch a movie. basically the arrangement was very weird.
