The hotel is beautiful, well located and clean. The staff are polite and welcoming. The hotel has free parking.

I didn't like that the room doesn't have the free basics. Towels and clothes are paid for, so take yours from home. I didn't like the smell of cigarettes in the room. They should leave the windows open or the air conditioning on before the guest arrives. Overall our stay was very good.

Everything else was very good! Staff friendly and polite, clean rooms, nicely decorated, big tv, comfy bed, nice big shower room with a jacuzzi.

The only thing I did not like was the strong perfume smell in the reception. It's just a bit overwhelming and unnecessary to have a strong smell like that when you walk in as not everyone likes that.

Would like a key for the people staying overnight.

Spacious bathroom with jacuzzi and strong shower. Close to station. Comfortable bed. Excellent value.

Bedding was too hot so couldn't get comfortable. Strange locking system - couldn't lock door individually - it's done by reception. This is not a regular hotel - but seems like an upgraded 'love hotel'. Nothing seedy about it and the room is larger than in many business hotels but rather odd. Difficult for those without good command of Japanese to understand how to use the facilities though the hotel had made some effort to provide translations.
