Good for the hotel so many people like it... we were dissapointed, wish we had booked an other place. When we walked in the staff said: "Hi, did you park in our parking lot" !!!.... what a welcome, I read that you have to pay extra for it, as well as our dog we had with us, but we already paid for the room so can you at least say, hello, how was your trip...or something like this? Then get to the extra payments which we knew we had to pay anyway. We run a hotel ourselves thought the staff was a bit abrupt. The room and lobby look cool but the bamboo furniture and small side tables in the room are not stable. We are not big but I wonder what would happen if a big guy would sit on it... Thick high mattress with fitted sheets which do not fit, too small We knew the place was in the industrial part of town but we were still a bit surprised at the view from the room window on a warehouse. We booked 1 night only and were surprised to hear someone knocking on the door at 9am asking if we needed the room to be serviced??? We are checking out later we said. Then an hour later again, about 10:15am someone else knocked on our door?? People usually book a hotel to sleep...we were awake but that's not the point. Hotel is under renovation or still being finished up

Ganz tolle und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, hervorragendes Frühstück

Anfahrt problemlos, reichlich Parkflächen (gebührenpflichtig) vorhanden. Sehr netter Empfang, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung schon in der Lobby. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber, ebenfalls sehr nett eingerichtet und absolut ruhig. Frühstücksraum ist gemütlich und das Frühstück reichhaltig. Pflegeprodukte in der Dusche von Rituals!

Wasserspar-Duschkopf ist nicht mein Ding. Auch könnte das Waschbecken im Bad größer sein.

Das Frühstück ist Top, sehr vielfältig und hat für jede und jeden etwas. Der Frühstücksraum hat eine tolle Einrichtung was mir sehr gefallen hat. Mit dem Zimmer hatten wir ein kleines Problem, welches aber umgehend und sehr kompetent gelöst wurde. Allgemein empfand ich alle Mitarbeitenden als äusserst freundlich und Kundenorientiert. Die Aussenparklätze sind direkt beim Hotel und die 6 Euro dafür gehen in Ordnung.

Mit dem Bus sind es ca. 12-15 Min bis ins Zentrum

Location is good if you have a car or if you want to take the bus. It's close to a supermarket and to the bus station. We ordered the family room which was really spacious and comfortable. The room was clean and everything was new. The bathroom was fully facilitated and respectfully offering high quality soap, shampoo and conditioner Breakfast buffet was full of fresh food and various choices for every taste. The team was very polite always smiling and willing to help The hotel decoration as well as the room decoration were unique and fresh

We booked this accommodation extremely last minute and it was such a good choice! The staff here were soooo lovely. Daisy, the lovely front desk host, was sooo welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was incredible and the breakfast staff were absolutely delightful. Highly recommend :)

Spacy room, have a desk and a small table which is really convenience. Very friendly staff at front desk. Location is a bit away from city centre, but hotel provide bus schedule when you check in. The room is very clean with separate toilet and shower. Comfortable bed.

Everything was excellent: huge room, shower with incredible water pressure, delicious and varied breakfast. However, the best thing was the guy at the reception (sorry I didn't ask his name), who also helped during breakfast and manned the bar in the evenings. He was very friendly and always made sure we had a good time.

The location is a bit remote with respect to the city centre, but public transportation is fast, efficient and included with the hotel fee, so it's still very convenient.

How many times are you truly surprised by the interior design of a hotel? Aqua Hotel sure knows how to do this. With very nicely designed and spacious rooms and restaurant, as well as friendly staff it is a very nice place to stay.

The location is easy to find, but being in the middle of an industry area it is a bit less inspiring. However, the inside surely makes up for it. Also easy parking in front of the hotel.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Just off the highway as you cross over the bridge from Kreuzelingen. Easy to get to by car. Very close to Sixt car rental. Marte was the best!!! We were welcomed from the time we entered the front door until we checked out. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Service from the staff was amazing! They gave us a lot of helpful travel tips. They even helped us to book spa tickets and provided us with free water. PS: The biscuits at the hotel lobby were delicious.
