Staff was ok, not very accommodating. Rooms could have been better, mold everywhere and looks nothing like pictures advertised. Rooms you book, also not as advertised. They charge for every little thing, asked for bedsheets to change the bed myself when we did not get housekeeping that day and they told us it will be an extra charge. Eating at the pool? Extra charge. They also said 2 sets of towels per room? Ridiculous. If there are 4 people in the room, you have to share towels. Do not recommend staying here. I’ve worked at hotels & also stayed at many hotels and this by far has been the worst experience. It’s more of a motel than a resort.

Toilets get clogged easily!
