The location is SUPERB. I really love staying here. The Receptionist are all very nice and welcome and very helpful, especially Miss Yao. The Unit is very clean and homey feeling. I've stayed here a couple of times during every visit to Guangzhou. It is VERY close to Beijing Road, which has a lot of options for foods and some shoppings. Any kind of street foods are available here. I really recommend this place if you have a longer stay than 2-3nights, you can really enjoy and feel like home.

The elevator took very long, especially during rush hour. Because the building is combined with permanent apartment residences. And the hallway is damp and the living room on every floor has a very strong smoke smell (because smoking is still allowed in public in China).

Location , not clean , bathroom is a mess and others

Location is good if you want to be downtown.

Apartment on 2 floors, which is supposed to be a luxury trait, but you have to go down the stairs every time you want to use the toilet. We paid for 3 people and got service for 2 (towels, chairs, cups, etc.) and staff didn't correct this even after complaining about it. Sofa in bad shape. We found a cockroach on the fridge. Lifts take forever to go up and down! Wouldn't go back.
