Lovely hotel in a beautiful location, with pleasant staff and good breakfasts. Ideal base for exploring Cracow and the area around Cracow.

Everything was just perfect for a relaxing break.

Ideally you benefit from a car but we are Scottish so didn't drive.It's easy to walk downhill into town centre but it's a very steep walk back uphill to the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good, so were other dishes from the restaurant menu. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We really appreciated the awesome pillows. Kids loved the outdoor pool and the playground. The location is nice, close to the castle and good for a walk. Also the store is not far away.

The tap in a bathroom was a bit splashy, so it got wet around. But it's just a minor thing that actually did not affect our impression.

Nice place, great staff, beautiful views

Great location. Good views, so it's worth booking a room with a view. Very quiet area. Staff reasonably friendly. Sun loungers outside and the pool were great. Rooms were clean and of a good size. We asked for rooms nearby, they gave us rooms opposite each other, which was great.

In one of the rooms, the curtains didn't fit the windows, leaving a large gap. The staff tried to convince us this was acceptable, rather than fixing it. I woke up at about 5am each morning, which isn't what you want when away in a quiet countryside hotel. In the other room, the blinds let through a lot of light. They were also awake at 5am each day. No kettle in the room (as advertised). Reception tried to make us pay for tea and coffee sachets to get a kettle, but eventually gave us the kettle anyway. There was no bar (as advertised), rather you could order drinks in the restaurant, which had no music or atmosphere. The breakfast became repetitive. Pizza was served one morning in place of another hot item.

Very clean everywhere, spacious rooms, free parking, doogs allowed and very friendly staff members!

This was not a pleasant experience. The rooms are very basic and the bathrooms had mold, sinks did not drain well and the bathroom fixtures are literally falling of when touched… The breakfast was literally out of everything including eggs and juice. Very odd experience. Thus property is listed as a 3-star hotel, but I think it could be substantially better for that rating.

Shower head placed at waist level making impossible to have comfortable shower. Double bed was in fact two single beds put next to each other. Disappointing.

Amazing service, high quaility. This is a five stars hotel hidden in a three stars one.

The views,the room,lovely breakfast and meals.Staff were exceptionally friendly.

Because we didn't have a car we found the hill up to the hotel from the town centre a real struggle especially carrying any shopping.

Room was huge and comfortable. Location is super quiet and relaxing. Perfect for a couple of relaxing days.

No Air Conditioning. Toiletries were sparce.

Wonderful location with view on lake from my room. From the parking, easy access to the rooms. Good restaurant.

Hotel is not soundproof. In case of festivity or noisy clients, you hear all noise.
