Everything is amazing only for the spa tub being in open if it was covered it would’ve been great other than that everything i just don’t have anything to talk about because it was just AMAZING❤️

Although a quick one night stay really just to eat and sleep the house was very nice and cozy. The property manager even came in before us to put the heat pump on! Thanks for having us

Our staff really enjoyed their stay, the kids loved the x box, bikes and trampoline. The spa was great too they said. They highly recommend this place!

We loved everything about this rental and it had much more than we expected: bikes, kayak, SUP, and it was just a short walk to the lake (1/8mi at most), so no parking issues. The house is big (3 bedrooms, 2 bath) and very clean. We used only the master bedroom and that bed was very comfortable, just like at home. Although we ate out every night, the kitchen had everything for cooking a meal so breakfast and lunch was easy and cheap. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood and we loved the quiet nights. It was so peaceful to sit in the hot tub and watch the stars, with no noise of a busy city to distract. Rick was very easy to work with, the check-in/out process very easy, and once inside he has detailed instructions for everything needed, plus recommendations for restaurants and activities. We loved our stay there, our only regret was not staying there longer.

This house offered everything you want on a family holiday. Wonderful experience.

The facilities and location were perfect for the whole family to reconnect. The lake was within walking distance for a quick swim. We found the courtyard, spa pool and sky TV were ideal for relaxing and catching up.

A great 2nd stay at Rick's house. We are already thinking about the booking for 2024.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rick's family's place in Taupo. It was all we had hoped it would be. The little extras that are provided (ie paddleboard etc) made our time all the more enjoyable..thanks guys!

This property was lovely. The photos are how the property was on arrival, tidy house and very accommodating. The property manager Jo was lovely to deal with and very helpful. The location was in a nice neighbourhood not far from taupo township. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
