Fab location (relative to University access). Very well appointed room - nothing fancy, but clean sheets, bathroom, fridge, microwave, closet space, luggage space, strong wifi. Pretty great for the price

Zero ambience. If you are in your room, it's fine. If you want to hang and soak the vibe from where you are staying, this is not your place

Everything was great I like it here the staff is friendly especially the two lady that work the front office and it nice how they call each quest by there name and since I been coming quest keep coming back so they must be doing something right here

The staff were nice.

The room that we were given had a light structure that did not work, which isn’t the issue. Our bathtub faucet continued to pour water after I had taken a shower. I attempted to fix it myself but the water started coming out even more. I went to the front desk and notified them and they told me they already knew there was an issue with the faucet yet still gave me the room for the night. I was then moved into a one bed room which had a comforter with burn holes in it. The previous room with the pouring facuet also had stained sheets that appeared to be blood or some redish/brown stain. Very disappointed in my stay.

My room was pretty nice: a huge bed, nice heating, nice shower. Clean. Nice staff, especially a lady working in the evening.

I am overall satisfied.

The manager, and house keeping staff is always kind, and helpful. They accommodate me whenever I need it.

No breakfast so take it off the booking site. I already know this. No big deal for me, maybe others who may not know. However, there is Trader Joe's grocery store, and Nation's Burger place across the street.
