Property is beautiful and luxury feeling

Check in time is 2pm which too late, I hope check in time would be 12pm

The resort itself was overall very nice and decent, with very nice rooms and convenient direct access to the pool.

The resort personnel especially those around the pool area. They are not that approachable and would not even bother asking you if you need help when you ask them something. For example, while swimming in the pool, we asked a staff member if we could order food and drinks to be delivered to the table beside the pool. They said we can order only via telephone inside the room. Nobody extended help and asked what our orders would be so they could just call the room service or restaurant to deliver it by the pool. Then since they wanted us to use the phone inside the room to order, I asked the one who gives pool towels if he can give me one so that I can go inside the room as I cannot enter the room all wet etc. He said he needs the pool card to be able to give me a towel. I said sorry I didn't know there was a pool card, can he just give me one first then I will hand him the pool card since our room is a premium direct access pool and is just right beside the towel counter. He said they strictly do not give towels unless we give them the pool card. I kindly asked again if he could give me one and promised to hand him our pool card immediately but to no avail. Then another scenario was when we went out of the room to check out already. A staff member from the concierge saw me pushing two pieces of luggage, and then carrying 2 backpacks and 1 sling bag. He just watched me while having a hard time walking carrying and pushing all those luggage till the front desk area. He did not even bother going to me to lend a helping hand.

Location, staff, cleanliness and amenities Huge shout out to our waiter Leaurenz. Good job! We had a pleasant experience at the resturant and beach front coz of you.

La disposition des piscines devant les appartements est une très bonne idée 👍🏼 Mais malheureusement l’eau n’es pas chauffée et se trouvant à l’ombre impossible de se baigner très frustrant je pense que c’est à revoir très peu de clients dans l’eau

Breakfast was AMAZING!!!! Something we always look forward to. Staff was so friendly and everything was clean and spotless. Location was amazing and they also offer tours and activities at a good deal.

Wish there were umbrellas or more shade when lounging at the beach front

The staff are all really nice and the pools are very clean. Can book for activities at the hotel. Direct access to S1 beach right outside the breakfast restaurant. Recommend a lot :)
