This hotel was one of the cheapest hotels I have ever stayed in in Japan. The location is easy to reach walking from the airport-around 12 min. The staff were very friendly. There was a nice big bath to relax in. The windows have a blinds that you can shut so the rooms are completely dark. Beds were comfortable. I thought it was a great value for the money.

Reasonable distance to walk to terminal

This is the second time I've stayed at Reftel Hotel. It's a smaller size hotel where the accommodations are nice, especially the large bath area, reminiscent of "old fashion" Japanese bathing facilities where a washing and shower area outside of the deep large bathtub. The staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely order the breakfasts, whether European or Japanese style. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Osaka.

I wish there was a send-out laundry service option for convenience.

This is my second time use this hotel. It’s a little walk away from airport. It’s very roomy in the room.

Small hotel with large twin room, huge bath, and all the usual amenities you'd expect from a Japanese hotel. Conveniently located about a 5 minute walk from Itami Airport's check-in counters. 7-11 is adjacent, with several restaurants and a supermarket just a few blocks further up the street. Good value/excellent option for an early morning flight out of Itami!

Although the hotel itself is a bit dated, everything was clean, comfortable and convenient.

Perfect place to stay, great value and super accessible for the airport!

The jacuzzi bath was amazing.

The room took a few hours to cool down and when we got there late as it was, it was a while til we could sleep.

Room is very big!!, Very Clean, and Luxury. Suitable for relaxing.

No Laundry service. No bus to airport, but not far to walk, around 7 mins.

The hotel is very near in airport,, clean room, wide bathroom.. All is worth!

The room is large but the condition is quite old.

There are many strains on the bathroom floor.
