There was a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom of dirty water, it took over an hour for some to come and fix it, we had to beg to move rooms as it was my sons bedtime and we could. promise the bathroom, no apology no acknowledgment, the night team did not inform anyone, apparently according to the handyman they were aware of the problem and it had happened before, it was dirty water that fell on me, huge health risk I am a doctor and felt very unwell after it occurred, I will be taking this further, shockingly handled

The leak in the room could have been dealt with better

El equipo es muy amable y hacen todo lo posible por atender a los huéspedes. La ubicación que al principio nos hizo dudar, terminó siendo un acierto. genial comunicado en bus con el aeropuerto, la playa de en frente, a pesar de ser la ciudad, está genial y nada masificada. el paso a la ciudad es muy agradable, aunque son 2 km se hace muy bine y en cualquier caso hay bus a la puerta. El servicio de toallas es estupendo la terraza para tomar algo es genial y los atardeceres increíbles.

Un par de días tuve que conectarme por un tema de trabajo y la wifi no es segura. Tuve que utilizar mis datos. Yo no estaba en la planta Level, si piensas trabajar pregunta primero. No pude conectarme a entornos que requieren seguridad. La piscina es pequeña y a pesar de las muchas tumbonas siempre hay mucha gente. En el gym hay de todo pero es muy pequeño, con tres personas hacíamos cola... El día de llegada había una botellita de agua, nunca más se repuso, pases las noches que pases, solo una botella pequeña :( Era agosto y las camas están con edredón, o pones el A/C toda la noche o tienes que quitar cada día el edredón... Es un placer dormir tapado en verano, pero en Mallorca... no lo vimos muy "sostenible"

This was our 30th Wedding Anniversary present. The hotel was pleasant and quiet. The Spa was excellent and the staff were wonderfully thoughtful.

The pool bar was too busy to get served so unfortunately we left without being able to order anything.

Level staff on third floor disastrous Poorest service on Majorca Bottom floor staff were great but third level staff for vip hotel customers very poor and don’t know how to do proper customer service and didn’t make us feel welcome at all Breakfast staff tried to refuse us service repeatedly

L’emplacement, le Personnel, la vue mer de la terasse, la piscine au dernier étage, le petit déjeuner, le chambre!

Tout était bien!

La chambre était grande. Le lit était confortable. La proximité de la ville.

Pas de porte à la salle de bain, la poignée de la porte des toilettes m’est restée dans les mains. Des traces de saleté sur les boiseries.
