Great location and view from 11th floor room.

This is a beautiful hotel centrally located within walking distance of Sky Tower and Borough Markets. The hotel is also right next door to Algate Station which is amazing for getting around. The room was a great size and very comfortable! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The aircon was colder than I would usually like and we couldn’t figure out how to change it. We didn’t ask for help so it might be something that could be fixed.

Great location! It was so handy as it was next to the Aldgate tube station, and it was walking distance to the Spitalfields Market and Bricklane. I booked this hotel as it was close to the Barbican by tube. The room was amazing (everything was perfect). I went to the 14th floor and the staff at the bar was really kind to me, seeing that I was a solo traveller and I was well taken care of. Plus, the view was awesome at dusk. Overall, they had a great team of staff, from reception to bar.

Zimmer waren klein, aber gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Schöner Ausblick. Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, verschiedene U-Bahn Stationen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Frühstück wird momentan leider wegen Renovierung nicht angeboten, es befinden sich jedoch genug Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

We needed accommodation so I could run the Marathon. We loved the hotel and room. The service was exceptional. We used the new testament twice for great breakfasts. The room was VERY quiet, comfy and clean.

Non avevo molte aspettative in considerazione del livello abbastanza basso degli hotel di fascia media a Londra. L'hotel Saint invece è stato veramente una piacevolissima sorpresa. Camera nuova, spaziosa, silenziosa e pulita (inclusa la moquette). Sistemazione camera e cambio asciugamani giornalieri. Staff gentilissimo. Posizione perfetta, praticamente attaccata alla fermata della metro Aldgate (circle line). I servizi di ristorazione in questo periodo non sono disponibili ma ci avevano avvertito e comunque a 50 metri c'è un tesco express ed appena fuori dall'hotel un chiosco di black sheep coffee con i prodotti per la colazione. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo lasciato il bagaglio in hotel e non ci sono stati applicati sovrapprezzi. Insomma un hotel dove tornerei veramente volentieri.

Bij aankomst in het hotel werden we meteen geconfronteerd met het ongemak. Hoewel de kamer op het eerste gezicht acceptabel leek, ontdekten we al snel dat een van de spotjes kapot (hangt half naar buiten, zie foto) was en dat de automatische luchtfilter/airconditioning een ondraaglijk hard geluid maakte. Dit probleem hebben we onmiddellijk gemeld bij de receptie, waarop ons werd gevraagd of wij nu naar buiten gaan, zodat het kon worden opgelost door een monteur tijdens onze afwezigheid. We gingen akkoord, in de hoop bij onze terugkeer het probleem verholpen zou zijn. Echter, tot onze grote teleurstelling was bij onze terugkeer het probleem niet verholpen en waren ze ons vergeten. Het geluid van de airco was nog steeds aanwezig en hinderde ons rust en comfort enorm. Na opnieuw te hebben geklaagd, werd ons beloofd dat er een monteur zou worden gestuurd om het probleem op te lossen. Ik was erg verbaasd van hun reactie. Dit resulteerde in een ongemakkelijke situatie waarbij de monteur in onze kamer aan de airco werkte terwijl wij eigenlijk behoefte hadden aan rust en ontspanning. Als betalende gasten verwachten wij een minimale standaard van comfort en service. Het feit dat we een heel weekend hebben geboekt en slechts een beperkte tijd hebben om te genieten van onze reis, maakt deze ervaring des te teleurstellender. We zijn zelfs niet eens aangeboden om van kamer te wisselen, wat de situatie nog frustrerender maakte.

Een uitstekend hotel in de City. Vaak zijn kamers in Londen zo groot als een postzegel, maar deze kamer had een normale grootte en een mooie badkamer. De rooftop bar is mooi met een terras waar het uitzicht schitterend is.

Er was een verbouwing gaande en het restaurant was gesloten. Dat liet het hotel vooraf weten met meteen een aantal opties voor ontbijt: één ervan aan de overkant van de weg, dus dat was prima te doen.

Ontzettend schoon, netjes en compleet. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. 2min lopen vanaf metro.

Restaurant werd verbouwd maar prima tegenover kunnen ontbijten

Hôtel magnifique, là service étais parfait très bien situé au pieds du métro, lit confortable belle chambre, vue exceptionnelle. Je recommande fortement, je reviendrais.

It is a bit quiet on weekends but on weekdays the area becomes more lively. Close enough to some attractions that you can just walk instead of going underground.

Cafe/restaurant closed for refurbishment. It would have been great to have a small Nespresso machine instead of the old fashioned water kettle in the room (unless you are into tea …).

L’emplacement était au top! La station du métro, juste en bas de l’hôtel, c’est merveilleux! L’hôtel était propre, la chambre confortable et la vue superbe. De plus, quand on atterrit à l’aéroport de Stanted et qu’on prend le bus national express pour aller sur le centre ville, on s’arrête à l’arrêt Liverpool Street à seulement 10 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. Donc très pratique.

Super zentrale Lage, U-Bahn Station wirklich direkt neben hitel Lobby. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Skygarden in bur zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Da das Restaurant während des Aufenthalts renoviert wurde mussten wir uns komplett auswärts verpflegen, was aber überhaupt kein Problem war, da direkt gegenüber und in unmittelbarer Nähe verschiedene Essenmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Das Personal war auch immer freundlich.

Leider befand sich unter unserem Bett, neben einem Deckel von einem Lippenstift(?), eine benutze E-Zigarette und ein benutzter Labello, was ein bisschen ernüchternd war. An der Rezeption wurde sich entschuldigt und gesagt man ginge dem nach. Eine Entschädigung (Zimmerupgrade, Getränk in der Bar, o.ä.) für diesen doch leicht ekelhaften Zwischenfall gab es leider nicht. Ansonsten wurden alle anderen Probleme immer direkt und freundlich gelöst!
